32 NUMARALI VE 1707-1710 TARİHLİ HAZİNE-İ HÜMÂYUN MASRAF DEFTERİNİN TRANSKRİPSİYONU VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (VRK. 33-64)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 32 numaralı ve 1707-1710 tarihli Hazine-i Hümâyun Masraf Defterinin 33-64. varaklarının transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikli olarak Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki Hazine-i Hümâyun masraf defterleri ve bu defterlerin mahiyeti hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra defterdeki belgeler ışığında konuların değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. İncelediğimiz Hazine-i Hümâyun Masraf defterinde söz konusu döneme ait fiyat tarihi, saray harcamaları, saraydaki görevli kişilere yapılan masraflar, padişah haremlerine ve valide sultanlara buyrulan ihsânlar ve birçok kesime yapılan masrafların dökümüne ulaşılabilir. Bu defterler ışığında Osmanlı Devleti'nin o dönemdeki mali işleyişi hakkında da bilgilere erişilebilir. 1707-1710 tarihli Masraf defterinin hazırlandığı dönemde Osmanlı padişahı III. Ahmed'tir. Dolayısıyla III. Ahmed dönemiyle ilgili sosyal ve iktisadi bilgilere de ulaşılabilir.

In this study, the 33-64 pages of the Hazine-i Hümâyun Defteri numbered 32 and dated 1707-1710 was made transcription and evaluation. In the study, firstly, after giving information about the Hazine-i Hümâyun Defters of the Ottoman Empire and the nature of these defters, the subjects were evaluated in the light of the documents in the defter. In the Hazine-i Hümâyun Defteri that we examined, the price date of the said period, the palace expenditures, the expenses made to the officials in the palace, the blessings ordered to the sultan's harems and the Valide Sultans and the expenses made to many people can be found. In the light of these defters, information about the financial functioning of the Ottoman Empire at that time can also be accessed. In the period when the defter dated 1707-1710 was prepared, III. Ahmad was Ottoman sultan. Therefore, social and economic information of the period of III. Ahmad can also be accessed.
