TEHCİR SIRASINDA VE SONRASINDA ELAZIĞ VE ÇEVRESİNDE MÜSLÜMAN-ERMENİ İLİŞKİLERİ

Abstract

Ermeni Sorununun en önemli nirengi noktası hiç şüphe yok ki Tehcir Kanunu ve sonrasında ortaya çıkan tartışmalardır. Tehcir ve sonrasında yaşanan olaylar Ermeni Diasporası eliyle manipüle edilerek, basit bir iskân faaliyeti abartılı rakamlarla şekillenen bir soykırım safsatasına dönüşmüştür. Tehcir'in genel intibaları üzerinde kapsamlı birçok yayın yapılmasına karşın özele indirgenmiş çalışmaların yetersizliği aşikardır. Günümüze kadar Ermeni Sorunu hakkında ele alınan çalışmalarda geniş coğrafi alanlara yönelen bir bakış açısına karşın, dar çaplı bölge, şehir, köy gibi alanlara dair çalışmalar daha azdır. Yine Ermeni nüfus yoğunluğunun fazla olduğu bölgeler Tehcir'in üst düzey planlamayla yapıldığı yerlerdir. Bu yerler üzerinde yapılacak detaylı alan çalışmaları yaşanan olayları şüphesiz daha iyi netleştirecek, Ermenilerin haksız tezlerinin çürütülmesinde önemli köşe taşları olacaktır. Tehcir öncesi Ermeni nüfusunun yoğun olduğu Elâzığ Bölgesi bu nedenle konu için önemli bir merkezdir. Elâzığ Bölgesi Tehcir öncesi ve sonrası için Müslüman-Ermeni ilişkileri kapsamında iyi bir şekilde mercek altına alınacak olursa, Ermeni Sorununun bölgedeki yansımalarından yola çıkarak sorunun temeline siyasi, sosyal, ekonomik, sahaya dair yetkin çıkarımlar yapılabilir. Sonuç olarak bu tezde Elâzığ Bölgesinde Tehcir öncesi-sonrası durum verilirken, Tehcir'in yansımalarıyla Ermeni Sorununun şehir bazında önemli bir ayağı netleştirilir.

The most important landmark of the Armenian Issue is undoubtedly the discussions emerged during and after deportation. The deportation and subsequent events were manipulated by the Armenian Diaspora and a simple settlement activity turned into a nonsense genocide shaped by with exaggerated figures. Although many comprehensive publications have been published on the general impressions of the deportation, the inadequacy of the curtailed works is evident. To date, much as the studies on the Armenian Issue have focused on large geographical areas, there are fewer studies on areas such as narrow regions, cities and villages. Again, the regions where the Armenian population density is high are the places where the deportations are made with high level planning. The detailed field studies which will be carried out on these places will certainly clarify the events and will be the important milestones of the refutation of the unjust thesis of the Armenians. Therefore, Elazig region which has crowded Armenian population before the deportation is an important center for the issue. If Elazig Region is analyzed under the scope of the Muslim-Armenian relations before and after the relocation, it can be got to the root of the problem by depending on political, social, economic starting from the reflections of the Armenian Issue in the region. As a result, in this thesis, while the situation before and after the relocation is given in Elazig Region, and an important aspect of the Armenian Issue is clarified on the basis of the city with the reflections of the deportation.
