LİDERİN KULLANDIĞI GÜÇ KAYNAKLARI VE OTANTİK LİDERLİK TARZININ LİDERDEN DUYULAN TATMİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

İnsanların doğal ya da doğal olmayan uğraşlarının tümünde bir organizasyon olayı söz konusu olduğundan, insanlar gruplar halinde yaşamak durumundadırlar. Ancak grup üyelerini belirli hedeflere yöneltecek liderlere gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Çünkü liderler grupların yönlendirilmesi ve amaçlarına etkin olarak ulaşabilmeleri için belirli bir süreç oluşturabilecek niteliklere sahip olmaları gereken kişilerdir. Her alanda olduğu gibi sporda da takımları, sporcuları ortak bir amaç çerçevesinde toplayacak, performanslarını arttıracak liderlere, yeni antrenörlere gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Antrenörler takımı oluşturan sporcuların, yöneticilerin ve çevrenin özelliklerine göre otantik liderlik tarzını ve algıladığı güç kaynaklarını belirleyerek sporcuların iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisini artırmak zorundadır. Çalışmada liderin (antrenör) kendini takip edenlere (sporcular) yönelik kullandığı güç kaynakları ve takip edenlerin (sporcular) liderlerin (antrenör) sergilediği otantik liderliğe yönelik algılarılarının, takip edenlerin (sporcular) iş (sportif) tatminlerine olan etkilerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Elazığ ilindeki 1. Amatör takımlarında oynayan 201 futbolcu ile bir anket yapılmıştır. Anketten elde edilen verilerle liderin kullandığı güç kaynakları ve otantik liderlik algısının, iş tatmini arasında bir ilişki kurulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Elazığ 1. Amatör futbol takımlarındaki antrenörlerin güç kaynakları ve sergiledikleri otantik liderliğin sporcuların tatmini üzerine olan etkilerini araştırmaktır. However, there is a need for leaders who will direct group members towards certain goals. Because leaders are the people who need to have the qualifications to create a certain process in order to direct the groups and reach their goals effectively. As in every field, there is a need for leaders and new coaches who will gather teams and athletes within the framework of a common goal and increase their performance. Coaches have to increase the effect of athletes on job satisfaction by determining the authentic leadership style and perceived power sources according to the characteristics of the athletes, managers and the environment that make up the team. In the study, it was aimed to determine the effects of the power sources used by the leader (coach) towards the followers (athletes) and the perceptions of the followers (athletes) towards the authentic leadership exhibited by the leaders (coach) on the job (sportive) satisfaction of the followers (athletes). For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 201 football players playing in the 1st amateur teams in the province of Elazig. It was tried to establish a relationship between the data obtained from the questionnaire and the power sources used by the leader and the perception of authentic leadership and job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the power sources of the coaches in the Elazig 1st amateur football teams and the authentic leadership they exhibit on the satisfaction of the athletes.
