KEBAN BARAJ GÖLÜ YURTBAŞI MEVKİİ, HAZAR GÖLÜ VE DEDEYOLU GÖLETİ'NİN ZOOPLANKTON FAUNASI VE MEVSİMSEL DEĞİŞİMLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Keban Baraj Gölü Yurtbaşı mevkii, Hazar Gölü ve Dedeyolu Gölet'inin zooplankton faunası ve mevsimsel değişimlerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Zooplankton örnekleri Mayıs 2011 – Nisan 2012 tarihleri arasında, aylık periyotlar halinde alınmıştır. Araştırmada; Keban Baraj Gölü Yurtbaşı Mevkii'nde Rotifera'ya ait 29 Cladocera'ya ait 9 tür ve Copepoda'ya ait 2 tür; Hazar Gölü'nde Rotifera'ya ait 32 tür, Cladocera'ya ait 10 tür ve Copepoda'ya ait 2 tür ;Dedeyolu Gölet'inde ise Rotifera'ya ait 17 tür, Cladocera'ya ait 6 tür ve Copepoda'ya ait 2 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Shannon Wiener tür zenginliği indeks sonuçlarına göre; Keban Baraj Gölü Yurtbaşı Mevkii tür çeşitliliği en yüksek mayıs ayında (H?=2,72) ve en düşük şubat ayında bulunmuştur (H?=0,91). Hazar Gölü tür çeşitliliği en yüksek mayıs ayında (H?=2,33) ve en düşük aralık ayında bulunmuştur (H?=0,61). Dedeyolu Göleti tür çeşitliliği en yüksek nisan ayında (H?=2,34) ve en düşük aralık ayında bulunmuştur (H?=0,68). Margalef (Tür zenginliği) indeks sonuçlarına göre Keban Baraj Gölü Yurtbaşı Mevkii Mevkii tür çeşitliliği en yüksek mayıs ayında (D=3,86) ve en düşük ocak ayında bulunmuştur (D=0,62). Hazar Gölü tür çeşitliliği en yüksek mayıs ayında (D=3,94) ve en düşük aralık ayında bulunmuştur (D=0,58). Dedeyolu Göleti tür çeşitliliği en yüksek mayıs ayında (D=3,82) ve en düşük şubat ayında bulunmuştur (D=0,68).Tüm zooplankton içinde Rotifera % 81 ile, Cladocera % 14 ve, Copepoda % 5'lik oranla temsil edilmiştir.

In this study it was aimed to determinate zooplankton fauna and its seasonal variations in Keban Dam Lake Yurtbaşı region, Hazar Lake and Dedeyolu Pond. Zooplankton samples have been collected monthly periods between May 2011 – April 2012 . During the study, 29 species belong to Rotifera, 9 to Cladocera and 2 to Copepoda from Keban Dam Lake Yurtbası Region. 32 species belong to Rotifera , 10 to Cladocera and 2 to Copepoda from Hazar Lake, 17 species belong to Rotifera , 6 to Cladocera and 2 Copepoda were identified from Dedeyolu Pond As a result of Shannon Wiener species richness index analysis of Keban Dam Lake Yurtbası Region, species richness was found highest in may (H?=2.72) and the least index value was found in february (H?=0.91). In Hazar Lake, species richness was found highest in may (H?=2.33) and the least index value was found in december (H'=0.61).In Dedeyolu Pond, species richness was found highest in april (H'=2.33) and the least index value was found in december (H?=0.68). In Hazar Lake, species richness was found highest in may (D=3.94) and the least value was found in february (D=0.58) In Dedeyolu Pond, species richness was found highest in may (D=3.82) and the least index value was found in february (D=0.68). Among all zooplankton, Rotifera was represented with 81%, Cladocera 14% and Copepoda 5%.
