| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the equations of motion relating to single-rod rotary inverted pendulum system are obtained using Lagrange method are modeled in Simulink. The single-rod rotary inverted pendulum system has been controlled in the desired position using sliding mode control and sliding mode control with artificial neuralnetwork methods. Chattering problem, which is the main disadvantage of sliding mode control with this work, is possible to be healed via the artificial neural network technique has revealed. | |
