Penile masses are rare lesions of the penis, especially in children. The most frequent tumors include lymphoma, leukemia, metastasis from genital tumors, hemangioma, and neurilemmoma,(1-4) Masses of granulomatous or fibrous origin are rare, and to the best of our knowledge, imaging findings have not been presented before. We report a case of postcircumcision granuloma of the penis with its sonographic findings.
