İŞGÜCÜ PİYASASI TEMEL KAVRAMLARI DOĞRULTUSUNDA ELAZIĞ İLİ İŞGÜCÜ PİYASASININ MEVCUT DURUMU VE ANALİZİ

Abstract

İşgücü piyasası ve işgücü piyasasına ait veriler, bir bölgenin veya bir şehrin mevcut durumu ile bu mevcut durumda yaşanan değişimlerin değerlendirilmesi için önem taşımaktadır. Gelişmekte olan bölgelerin yaşadığı temel sorunlardan biri olan işsizlik, ekonomik gelişmenin ve bölgesel kalkınmanın sağlanabilmesi için mücadele edilmesi zorunlu olan bir durumdur. Bir durum analizi olan bu çalışmada öncelikle işgücü piyasasının temel kavramları açıklanarak, TÜİK (Türkiye İstatistik Enstitüsü) verileri doğrultusunda Elazığ ilinin işgücü piyasasının durumu incelenmiş ve genel bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur.

Labor force and the data about it hold significance in terms of assessing the current state of a particular region and the changes it has been undergoing. As a main problem faced in the developing regions, unemployment must be tackled to ensure economic growth and regional development. This study is a case analysis. It explains the basic concepts of labor force market, examines the current state of the labor force market in the city of Elazig based on the data provided by TURKSTAT (Turkish Statistical Institute), and provides an overall evaluation
