| dc.description.abstract | Vajinal eviserasyon nadir görülen acil cerrahi gerektiren bir durumdur. Sık görülen nedenleri menopoz öncesi ve sonrasında deği?meke birlikte travma her iki dönemde de nedenlerinden birisidir. Selfmutilasyon ise bireyin kendine zarar verici davranı?lar sergilemesidir ve bir travma sebebi sayılır. Bu olgu sunumunda self-mutilasyon sonrası geli?en vajinal eviserayonun acil sağaltımını sunuyoruz. | |
