OSMANLI DEVLETİNDE KULLANILAN ÖLÇÜ VE TARTI BİRİMLERİ

Abstract

Yüksek Lisans TeziOsmanlı Devleti'nde Kullanılan Ölçü ve Tartı BirimleriÜnal TAŞKINFırat ÜniversitesiSosyal Bilimler EnstitüsüTarih Anabilim DalıOsmanlı Devleti hakimiyeti altındaki yerlerin özelliklerine göre farklı idare tarzlarıuygulamıştır. Bu uygulama içinde ölçü ve tartı sistemi de şekillenmiştir. Devletgenelinde yörelerin özelliklerine göre çeşitli ölçü birimleri kullanılmıştır. Meselâ, ?kile?ülke genelinde geniş bir kullanıma sahip olmasına rağmen miktarlarında göze çarpan birfarklılık vardır. Aynı şekilde rıtl, dirhem, miskal, batman gibi ölçülerde de bunlargözlenebilir. Bunların yanında sadece ülkenin belli bir kısmında kullanılan ölçüler devardır.Bu durum Osmanlı öncesi uygulamaların devamı olduğu kadar kullanılan ölçülerinOsmanlılaştırılmasıdır. For instance?kila? although using everywhere it doesn?t same quantity, in addition batman, ratl, dirham,mitkal etc. Nevertheless there is also measures units that using a particular part of state but notother place.This case is ottomanization of using measures although continuation of pre-ottomancustoms. If width and etnic variety (diversity) of the state is take consideration it is understandthat this differences depend on rightful reasons.Key Words: Weight and Measure System
