AKADEMİSYENLERİN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA: TRB1 BÖLGESİ UYGULAMASI"

Abstract

Araştırma kapsamında, üniversitelerde görev yapan akademisyenlerin örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinin incelenmesi ve akademisyenlerin sahip oldukları demografik özellikleri ile örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarının birbirini etkileme derecesi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel bağlılığın üç boyut ile akademisyenlerin demografi özellikleri arasında ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Demografik özelliklerin devam ve duygusal bağlılık üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

In the scope of the study, the levels of organizational commitment of academics serving in university were examined and the degree of demographic characteristics the academics have and dimensions of organizational commitments to effect each other were attempted to be identified.According to the results of the study, it was identified that there was a relationship between three dimensions of organizational commitment and demographic characteristics of academics. It was seen that demographic characteristics had a significant effect on continuity and emotional commitment.
