Gereç ve yöntem: Pilonidal sinüs nedeniyle tedavi edilen 249 hasta, BMİ'lerine göre 25> olanlar Grup I (n=130) ve 25< olanlar ise Grup II (n=119) olacak şekilde iki gruba ayrıldı.
