| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada, iki farklı Schiff bazı ve bunların metal komplekslerinin hücre kültürü ortamına ilave edilmesi ile lipit peroksidasyonunun derecesini gösteren MDA konsantrasyonu, antioksidan A, E, C vitaminlerinin düzeyleri üzerine olan etkisi araştırıldı. Deney grupları arasındaki karşılaştırılmalarda MDA, A,E,C vitamin düzeylerinin istatistiksel olarak değiştiği gözlendi. Sonuç olarak, ölçülen parametreler Zn kompleksleri hariç bütün maddelerin oksidatif stres oluşturduğunu göstermektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this research, the effect of two Schiff base derivatives and its metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of Lipid peroxidation, antioxidant vitamins A, E, C levels in cell culture media. In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that MDA, Vitamins A, E and C concentrations were statistically changed. In conclusion, the parameters measured here in the show taht all compounds caused a considerable oxidative stress without Zn complexes. | |
