İSKEMİK VE HEMORAJİK SEREBROVASKÜLER HASTALARDA İRİSİN, OREXİN, ADİPONEKTİN VE LEPTİN DÜZEYLERİNİN OKSİDATİF SÜREÇLER İLE İLİŞKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

rebrovasküler hastalık (SVH) tanısında ve prognoz tayininde görüntüleme yöntemlerinin yanısıra her geçen gün yenisi eklenen biyokimyasal belirteçlerinde klinik önemi artmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, serebrovasküler hastalarda irisin, adiponektin, leptin, orexin, total oksidan status (TOS) ve total antioksidan status (TAS) düzeylerinin oksidatif süreçler ve Glasgow Koma Skalası (GKS), The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Modifiye rankin ölçeği (MRÖ) arasındaki ilişkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya 60 iskemik, 60 hemorajik SVH olan hastalar ve 60 inme öyküsü olmayan gönüllü kontrol grubundan oluşan 180 kişi dahil edildi. Çalışmamızda, serum irisin (kontrol grubu: 4,11 ± 0. 86 ?g/ml, iskemik SVH: 3,62 ± 1,06 ?g/ml (P<0.05), hemorajik SVH: 3,61 ± 0, 98 ?g/ml (P<0.05) ), orexin (kontrol grubu: 353,62 ± 70,94 ng/L, iskemik SVH: 311,90 ± 68,18 ng/L, (P<0.05), hemorajik SVH'da: 304,23 ± 62,13 ng/L (P<0.05)) ve adiponektin (kontrol grubu: 22,84 ± 4,89 mg/L, iskemik SVH: 17,26 ± 3,98 mg/L (P<0.05), hemorajik SVH'da: 18,62 ± 3,43 mg/L (P<0.05) ) düzeyleri SVH' lı grupla kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düşük bulundu. Serum leptin ( Kontrol grubu: 16.03 ± 7.67 ng/ml, iskemik SVH: 23.34 ± 8.20 ng/ml (P<0.05) ve hemorajik SVH'da: 22.57 ± 9.84 ng/ml (P<0.05)), TAS ( Kontrol grubu: 1,20 ± 0,19, iskemik SVH: 1,30 ± 0,15 (P<0.05), hemorajik SVH: 1,29 ± 0,15 (P<0.05) ) ve TOS ( kontrol grubu: 3,79 ± 0,54, iskemik SVH: 4,11 ± 0,44 (P<0.05), hemorajik SVH: 4,07 ± 0,66 (P<0.05) ) düzeyleri SVH' lı grupla kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı yüksek bulundu. İskemik ve hemorajik SVH grupları arasında serum irisin, orexin, adiponektin, leptin , TAS ve TOS düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir fark yoktu (p>0.05). GKS, NIHSS ve MRÖ ile irisin, orexin, adiponektin, leptin, TAS ve TOS arasında bir korelasyon olmadığı tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak irisi, orexin, adinopektinin ölçülen serum değerlerinin iskemik ve hemorajik SVH' da kontrol grubuna göre düşük olması ve leptin, TOS ve TAS serum düzeylerinin iskemik ve hemorajik SVH' da kontrol gurubuna göre yüksek olması, bu biyomarkerlerin SVH tanısında kullanılabileceğini düşündürmektedir. The clinical importance of imaging methods, as well as biochemical indicators in diagnosis and indication of prognosis of Cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) increase continuously. In the present study, the aim of this study was the investigate the relationship of irisin, adiponectin, leptin and orexin levels to oxidative processes in cerebrovascular diseas and the relations between Glasgow coma scala (GCS), The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHHS) and Modifiye rankin scala (MRS).In the present study, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of iris, adiponectin, leptin and orexin levels to oxidative processes in cerebrovascular diseases. 60 ischemic and 60 hemorrhagic CVD patients and a control group of 60 healthy volunteers, a total of 180 individuals were included in the study. Serum leptin (control group: 16.03 ± 7.67 ng / ml, ischemic SVH: 23.34 ± 8.20 ng / ml (P <0.05), Hemorrhagic SVH: 22.57 ± 9.84 ng / ml (P <0.05) ), TAS (Control group: 1,20 ± 0,19 ?mol Trolox equivalent / L, Ischemic CVD: 1,30 ± 0,15 (P <0.05), hemorrhagic CVD: 29 ± 0.15 (P <0.05) ) and TOS (control group: 3,79 ± 0,54 ?mol H2O2 equivalent / L, ischemic CVD: 4,11 ± 0,44 (P <0.05) and hemorrhagic CVD: 07 ± 0.66 (P <0.05) ) levels were significantly higher in the CVD group than in the control group. Serum iris, orexin, adiponectin, leptin, TAS and TOS levels were not significantly different between the ischemic and hemorrhagic CVD groups (p> 0.05). There was no correlation between GCS, NIHSS and MRQ and iris, orexin, adiponectin, leptin, TAS and TOS. In conclusion, the serum levels of iris, orexin, and adinopectin were lower in ischemic and hemorrhagic CVD compared to the control group, and the serum levels of leptin, TOS and TAS were higher in ischemic and hemorrhagic CVD than control group suggesting that these biomarkers could be used for CVD.
