| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Elazığ ilinde ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin öğretim ve bilim hizmet kolunda faaliyet gösteren sendikalardan beklentilerini ve sendikalara bakış açılarını belirlemektir. Araştırma kapsamında seçilen örneklem grubu Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı Elazığ ilinde bulunan ilkokullarda sınıf öğretmeni olarak görev yapan 137 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmada sendikalardan sendikal yapı, sosyal faaliyetler, mesleki gelişime katkı, siyasi faaliyetler ve özlük haklarına yönelik görüşleri belirlemeyi amaçlayan 25 maddelik ölçek uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak bağımsız gruplar t testi, Mann Whitney U ve tek yönlü ANOVA testleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretmenlerin sendikalara ilişkin görüşlerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to determine the expectations and perspectives of the teachers working in the elementary schools in Elazığ in the 2017-2018 academic year. The sample group selected within the scope of the research consists of 137 people working as classroom teachers affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. In the study, which was conducted by using quantitative research method, a scale was applied to determine the personal, professional, social, political and views of trade union structure. The data obtained from the scale were tested by using SPSS 22.0 program, independent groups t test and one way ANOVA tests. As a result of the research, it was found that teachers' views from the unions were at different levels.
