FARKLI KONSANTRASYONLARDAKİ BENZOKAİNİN SAZAN BALIĞININ (CYPRİNUS CARPİO L., 1758) BAZI KAN PARAMETRELERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Gerek üretim ve yetiştirme kültür şartlarında, gerekse laboratuvar çalışmalarında, pek çok işlem için anestezi canlı balıklara elle müdahale ve balık nakilleri balıkçılık uygulamalarının oldukça önemli bir bölümünü teşkil etmektedir. Bu amaçla sazan balığına uygulanan Benzokain (ethyl aminobenzoate)'in letal olmayan (25, 50, 75, 100 mg/L) dozları seçilerek örneklerin kan ve serumunda meydana gelebilecek biyokimyasal değişimleri araştırıldı. Bu çalışmada ortalama 30 gr ağırlığında ve 4,9 cm boyunda Pullu sazan (Cyprinus carpio) kullanıldı. Araştırma 3 tekrarlı olarak uygulandı. Çalışma boyunca toplam 150 adet balık üzerinde çalışıldı. Benzokain'in 25 ve 50 mg/L dozlarda uygulandığı gruplarda kan Hematokrit ve Lökokrit, Eritrosit ve Lökosit, Hemoglobin, Fagositik oran, Adherent düzeyi, MCV gibi kan parametrelerinde kontrol grubu ile fark gözlenmezken, 75 ve 100 mg/L dozlarda artış görülmüştür. Kontrol grubuna göre 25, 50, 75 ve 100 mg/L dozlardaki benzokain'in serum total protein değerinde herhangi bir değişim saptanmamıştır.

Not only in growth and production conditions, but also in the laboratory, anesthesia is an improtant procedure required in many types of works including the times when an intervention with hands is needed and when the fish are prepared for shipping. Because of the fact that anesthesia with benzocaine is widely common, we wanted to investigate the biochemical changes in the blood and the serum of Cyprinus carpio L triggerred by the application of un-lethal (25, 50, 75, 100 mg/L) doses of benzocaine (ethyl aminobenzoate). For this purpose, we picked the common carp (Cyprinus carpio) which were roughly in 30 g weight and 4,9 cm in length. All mesaurements were performed in triplicates. During the study, in total, 150 fish were examined. In the groups upon which 25 and 50 mg/L doses of benzocaine were applied, there was no difference in blood levels of Hematocride, leucocratic, Eurytrocyte, Leucocyte, Hemoglobin, Adherent, Fagocytic ratio, and MCV compared to the control group while in the doses of 75 and 100 mg/L an increase in all these parameters was observed. Additionally, there has been no change in serum protein levels when the fish were exposed to 25, 50, 75 ve 100 mg/L doses of benzocaine.
