NEOTCHİHATCHEWİA İSATİDEA (BOİSS.) RAUSCHERT (BRASSİCACEAE)'NIN TAKSONOMİK ÖZELLİKLERİ BAKIMINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalısmada inceleme materyali olarak endemik bir tür olan Neotchihatchewia isatidea türü seçilmistir. Neotchihatchewia Türkiye'ye özgü monotipik bir cinstir. Tür çok yıllık ya da 2 yıllık otsu bir bitkidir. Gövde basit, çatalsı nadiren de çok, dallanmıs durumda olup, içi bos ve tüylüdür. Taban, gövde ve üst yapraklar farklı görünüm ve büyüklük arz eder. Yaprakların üst yüzeyinde beyaz, basit, nadiren çatalsı tüyler yer alır. Alt yüzeyde ise tüy yogunlugu azalmaktadır. Çiçek durumu bilesik salkımdır. Stomalar amfistomatik tip olup, yapragın her iki yüzeyinde de yer almaktadır. Polen tipi trikolpat, ornemantasyonu granülat, polen sekli ise subprolat'tır. Kromozom sayısı 2n = 14 (X = 7)'dir. Neotchihatchewia isatidea which is an endemic species is chosen as the research material in this study. Neotchihatchewia which is special for Turkey is a monotypical genus. Genus is a herbaceous plant of biennial or perennial. Stem is simple, 2-forked or much branched, hollow and pubescent. Basel, and upper leaves of stem are in heteromorphic. There are white, simple or sparsly 2-forked hairs on the upper surface of the leaves. On the lower surface of the leaves or sprasly raises. nfloreschensis type is panicula. Stomatas are amphistomatal type which is present on the both surfaces of the leaves. Polen type is tricolpate, ornemantacion granülate and polen form is supprolate.
