ORTAOKUL 7. SINIF RASYONEL SAYILAR KONUSUNUN ÖĞRETİMİNDE KAVRAM HARİTASI KULLANIMININ ÖĞRENCİLERİN AKADEMİK BAŞARISINA VE TUTUMUNA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul 7. Sınıf düzeyindeki Rasyonel Sayılar konusunun öğretiminde kavram haritası kullanımının akademik başarıya ve matematik tutumuna etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda kolayca erişilebilir örneklem grubu tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma grubu Elazığ ili, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında MEB'e bağlı eğitim kurumunda öğrenim gören 58 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada deneysel desenlerden Ön-Test, Son-Test ve kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grupları ortaokuldaki 4 şubeden seçilmiştir. Dersler deney grubunda kavram haritası destekli öğretim yöntemi ile kontrol grubunda ise geleneksel öğretim yöntemi ile işlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin Rasyonel Sayılar konusuna dair akademik başarısı MEB tarafından yayınlanan "Rasyonel Sayılar Kazanım Testi", matematik dersine ilişkin tutumları ise Eğitim Araştırma Geliştirme Dairesi Başkanlığı (EARGED) tarafından geliştirilen "Matematik Tutum Ölçeği" aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada veri toplama araçlarından elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı kullanılarak deney ve kontrol gruplarına ait analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, uygulanan program öncesinde bilgi düzeyleri ve matematik dersine karşı tutumları açısından birbirine denk olan grupların uygulanan program sonrasında hem akademik başarı hem de matematik dersine yönelik tutum açısından deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the concept map On the academic achievement and attitude to the mathematic in teaching rational numbers at great 7 In the middle schools For this purpose, easy accessible sample group is being preferred. The working group is consisted of 58 students who were getting education in state schools in 2018-2019 in Elazig. From experimental designs, pretest post test design And quasi experimental design with control group were used. Experimental and control groups were selected from different four classes. Different teaching techniques were conducted. For the experimental group the concept map supported teaching Technique was used. For the control group the traditional technique was used. The students academic achievement in the rational numbers has been tested through the "MEB- Learning outcome test". And students approach to the mathematics has been checked through "Mathematical attitude scale" Which has been developed by "The Department of research and development of education" (EARGED) In this study, data" Which has been collected from data collection" was used. And The analyzes regarding to experimental and control groups have been carried out via SPSS packaged software. Before conducting this program the students attitude to mathematic and Academic achievement were same and End of this study it has been understood that the results were differed greatly and positively for the Experimental group.
