HIZLI ÇEVRESEL DEĞİŞİMLERDEN AZ ETKİLENEN HİBRİT BİR MAKSİMUM GÜÇ NOKTASI TAKİBİ METODUNUN UYGULANMASI

Abstract

PV güç üretimi güneş enerjisini kullanmanın en önemli yollarından biridir. PV güç sistemlerinde ışınım şiddeti ve sıcaklık sistemin çıkış gücünü önemli derecede etkilemektedir. PV panelin çıkış gerilimi ve akımı arasında doğrusal olmayan bir ilişki vardır. Bu ilişki teoride ve uygulamada PV panel için maksimum güç noktası takibinin (MGNT) önemini göstermektedir. Tüm PV sistemin maksimum verimlilikte ve maksimum güçte çalıştığı I-V ve P-V eğrisinde tek bir maksimum güç noktası (MGN) vardır. MGN' nin konumu bilinmez fakat hesaplama modelleri veya tarama algoritmaları ile bulunabilir. MGNT, PV panelin maksimum güç noktasında çalışmasını sağlamak için kullanılmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında güneş pilinin yapısı, PV panellerden oluşan sistemler ve güneş izleyici sistemleri hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Önemli MGNT metotları ve literatürde daha az yer bulan diğer metotlar sunulmuştur. Değiştir ve gözlemle (D&G) metodu, artan iletkenlik metodu, dP/dV geri besleme kontrol metodu, beta metodu ve üç nokta gücünü karşılaştırma metotlarına literatürde oldukça fazla değinilmiştir. Bu metotlar ile hibrit bir MGNT metodunun simülasyonları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bütün metot simülasyonları PV panel çıkış geriliminin ölçümüne gerek duymamaktadır. Başka bir değişle, çıkış algılamasız olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Zaman göre değişen ışınım şiddeti, sıcaklık ve gerilim değerleri 280 W gücünde bir PV panel modeli için referans giriş değerleri olarak kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen simülasyon sonuçları, MGN' ye ulaşma süreleri ve MGN' de oluşturdukları osilasyonlar değerlendirilerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Metodun sağladığı verimlilik, stabilite ve hız avantajları sunulmuştur. Insolation and temperature in PV power systems affect the output of the system significantly. Between PV panel output voltage and current, there is a nonlinear relationship. This relationship demonstrates the importance maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for theory and practice for PV panels. I-V and P-V curve has only one of maximum power point (MPP) which entire PV systems operate at maximum efficiency and maximum power. MPP's location is unknown, but it found with computational models or sweep algorithms. MPPT is used to ensure that the work at the MPP of the PV panels. In this thesis; general information about the structure of the solar cell, solar tracking systems and the systems consisting of PV panels are given. Important MPPT methods and other methods which less found in the literature have been presented. Perturb and observe (P&O) method, incremental conductance method, dP/dV feedback control method, beta method and three point weight comparison method has been mentioned a lot in the literature. This methods and a hybrid MPPT method are simulated. In simulation of all methods, the measurement of the output voltage of the PV panels are not required. In other words, the output senseless is performed. Insolation intensity, temperature and voltage values which changed the time, is used as reference input value for a 280 W power PV panel model. The obtained simulation results, time to reach the MPP and oscillations which created at MPP compared by evaluating. Efficiency, stability and speed advantages provided by the method are presented.
