BOYUTLARI VE FAİLİ İTİBARİYLE KUR’AN’DA TOPLUMSAL DEĞİŞİM

Abstract

Değişim gözlenebilen en önemli toplumsal olgulardan biridir ve insan yaşamı ile ilgili olduğundan onu yakından ilgilendirmektedir. Dolayısıyla toplumların geçirmekte oldukları değişim boyutları önemlidir. Sosyoloji bilimi toplumların geçirmekte oldukları değişimin boyutlarını tespit etmeye çalışarak insanlığın değişim yasalarını keşfetmeyi amaçlamışlardır. Bu anlamda Kur’an hitabını tüm insanlığa yöneterek insanlığı ortak evrensel bir ilke olan tevhide çağırmakta böylece hukukun üstünlüğüne vurgu yapmaktadır. Değişim olgusunun insan yaşamını doğrudan etkilemesi ortaya çıkan-çıkacak olan değişimin failini de önemli kılmaktadır. Değişimde sosyal yapının veya aktörün önemi üzerinde durulmasına rağmen Kur’an toplumların değişimlerini kendi özleriyle ilgili olduğu vurgulamakta; böylece insanı edilgem kılan determinist ve kaderci anlayışları dışlamaktadır. Değişimin önemli aktörü toplumun kendisi iken bu aktörü harekete geçirici güç olarak risalet, bilgi ve inanç birlikteliği de önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü toplumlar kendilerine sunulan bilgilerden değerliliğine inandıklarının istedikleri yönde ve şekilde bir değişme uğramaktadırlar

Change is one of the most important social phenomena that can be observed and it closely concerns humans as it is about human life. So, the dimension of the social changes is important. As a science, sociology aims to discover the laws of human change by trying to determine the dimensions of the changes that societies experience. In this sense, Quran addresses all humanity and calls the humanity for tawhid, a universal principle, and so stresses the superiority of law. The fact that change phenomenon affects human life directly makes the agent of the change important, as well. Although social structure and the agent are emphasized in change, Quran dwells upon the fact that the changes of the societies are related to their essence; thus, it excludes the determinist and fatalistic understandings that render the human passive. While the important agent of change is the society itself, togetherness of risalat, knowledge and faith is important as the power to trigger this agent.This is because the societies undergo a change in a direction and manner required by the knowledge that they take as worthy.
