GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİTİMİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİLİMİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ: FIRAT ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Günümüzde girişimcilik, teknolojinin hızla gelişmesiyle ve bilgiye erişimin kolaylaşmasıyla ekonomik gelişmede rol oynayan önemli faktörlerden biri haline gelmiştir. Girişimcilik, toplumsal ve bireysel refahı sağlamada ve bireylerin yaşam standardını yükseltmede, sosyal ve ekonomik refahı sağlamada önemli bir ekonomik güç haline gelmiştir. Girişimciliğe verilen bu önem beraberinde girişimcilik eğitimine duyulan ilgiyi de arttırmaktadır. Girişimcilik eğitimi, gençlerin anlaşılmasında ve onların girişimsel tutumlarını arttırmada önemli faktörlerden biridir. Eğitimin genç insanların düşüncelerine ve amaçlarına etkisinden dolayı potansiyel girişimcilerin eğitimle beslenmesi ve geliştirilmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, girişimcilik eğitimi alan bireylerin aldıkları girişimcilik eğitimlerinin girişimcilik eğilimleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir.

Nowadays, entrepreneurship has been one of the key factors which plays role in economic development thanks to high improvement of technology and easy access to information. Entreprenuership has been crucial economic power to provide social and personal welfare and to increase life standarts of individuals. The importance given to entrepreneurship is also increasing the interest which felt on entrepreneurship education. Entreprenurship education is one of the key factors to understand young people and to increase their entreprenuerial attitudes. Potential entrepreneurs should be supported and developed with education, because of education's effect to aims and thoughts of young people (Wang & Wong, 2004). The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the entrepreneurship trainings received by the individuals at entrepreneurship courses on their entrepreneurship tendencies.
