ELAZIĞ MERKEZE BAĞLI ACİL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ İSTASYONLARI ÇALIŞANLARININ DURUMLUK/SÜREKLİ KAYGI DURUMUNUN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Acil sağlık çalışanlarında anksiyete ve depresif bozuklukların sıklıkla görülmesi olasıdır. Bu çalışmada Elazığ merkeze bağlı acil sağlık hizmetleri istasyonları (ASHİ) çalışanlarında var olabilecek kaygı düzeylerini ve ilişkili faktörleri belirleyebilmek amaçlanmıştır. Kesitsel tipte olan bu çalışma Elazığ Merkeze Bağlı ASHİ'de çalışan 282 kişi arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan kişilere; sosyo-demografik özellikler, kaygı ile ilişkili olduğu düşünülen sağlık, sosyal ve demografik faktörler ve Durumluk-Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri'nden oluşan bir soru takımını içeren anket direkt gözlem altında uygulanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınanların %37.2'si kadın, %62.8'i erkek olup, yaş ortalamaları 33.60±1.10'dur. Çalışanların Durumluk Kaygı puan ortalaması 36.70±10.34, Sürekli Kaygı puan ortalaması ise 40.34±8.13 olarak bulunmuştur. Durumluk/sürekli kaygı düzeyleri cinsiyet, yaş grubu, medeni durum, kendilerinin ve eşlerinin eğitim durumu, aile gelir düzeyine göre değişmemektedir (p>0.05). İl merkezinde çalışanların ilçe merkezine, sağlık durumunu orta/kötü olarak algılayanların iyi olarak algılayanlara, kişilik yapısını içe dönük belirtenlerin dışa dönüklere, uyku sorunu varlığını ifade edenlerin böyle bir sorunu olmayanlara, dinlenme için özel zaman ayıramayanların zaman ayırabilenlere göre durumluk/sürekli kaygı puan ortalamalarının daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05). ASHİ çalışanlarından mesleğine olumlu baktığını ifade edenlerin, aynı mesleği tekrar seçebileceğini belirtenlerin, mesleğinden memnun/orta düzeyde memnun ve çalışma ortamından memnun olanların durumluk/sürekli kaygı puan ortalamaları mesleğe bakış açısından olumsuz olanlara göre daha düşüktür (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak, bu araştırmada ASHİ çalışanlarının sürekli kaygı puan ortalaması, durumluk kaygı puan ortalamasından daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Çalışanların sürekli kaygı puanı orta düzey olarak değerlendirilebilir. ASHİ çalışanlarının sosyoekonomik düzeylerini, sağlık durumlarını, mesleğe olumlu bakış ve yaklaşımlarını geliştirebilecek iyileştirme çalışmalarının planlanması ve uygulamaya geçirilmesinin kaygı düzeylerini azaltabileceği düşünülmüştür. The Survey of State/Trait Anxiety Situation of Emergency Health Services Stations Staff Belonging to Elazığ City Cente It's possible to observe anxiety and depression disorders frequently in emergency health service personnel. In this work, it's aimed to define the levels of anxiety and its main causes by observing the personnel from emergency health service stations (EHSS) within the borders of Elazig. This cross-sectional study has been done through the results from 282 people who are the personnel of EHSS.A questionnaire which includes questions to determine participants' socio-demographic features, health, socio-demographic factors that are thought to be related to anxiety and some questions from constant state anxiety inventory have been applied to the participants and directly observed. The participants of this study are %37.2 women and %62.8 men. Their average of age is 33.60±1.10. The personnel's state anxiety average is 36.70 ± 10.34 and constant anxiety average is 40.34± 8.13. Constant/state anxiety levels depend on the participants' sex, ages, marital status, themselves' and their partners' educational states and their average income (p>0.05). It's been discovered that the constant/ state anxiety point averages of those who work in the centre of city compared to the ones that work in the towns, who see their health conditions as medium/bad compared to the ones who see theirs as good, who state their characters as introverted compared to the ones with extroverted characters, who say they have some sleeping disorders compared to the ones that mentions nothing about that ,who don't have any spare time for relaxing compared to the ones who have some, are higher (p<0.05). The constant/state anxiety point averages of EHSS personnel who think positively about their work, who state that if they had the chance they would choose the same job, who is satisfied or mildly satisfied with their job, who is satisfied with work place and conditions , have been found out to be higher than those who have negative point of views about their job. As a result, in this study, constant anxiety point average of EHSS personnel has been discovered to be higher than state anxiety point average. Constant anxiety point of staff can be evaluated as medium level. It's been concluded that planning and applying some new procedures to improve EHSS personnel's socio-economic levels, health conditions, their positive perspectives for their jobs, can decrease the anxiety levels of emergency health service personnel.
