EL-ISTIŞHÂD BI'L-HADÎSI'N-NEBEVÎ 'INDE İBN MÂLIK FÎ KITÂBIHI ŞERHI'T-TESHÎL ILÂ NIHAYETI BÂBI'L-ISTISNÂ

Abstract

Bu araştırma İbn Mâlik'in Şerhu't-Teshîl isimli kitabındaki Hadis ile ilgili çalışmaları? nahivcilerin Nebevi hadisi geçmişten günümüze delil olarak kullanmalarını ve nahvî kaidelerin inşasında Hadis ile ihticâcın sahih olabilmesi için koydukları kuralları ele almayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma bir giriş? iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan olmak üzere toplam dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde İbn Mâlik'in hayatı ve onun nezdindeki nahiv metodolojisi ele alınmaktadır. Birinci bölümde nahiv ilminde Hadisin delil olarak kullanılmasını? nahivcilerin Hadis ile ihticâc konusundaki tutumları ve bu konuda üç gruba ayrılan alimler ele alınmaktadır. İlk grup? hadis ile ihticâcı kabul etmeyen? İbn Dâî ve Ebû Hayyân ile temsil edilen gruptur. İkinci grup? hadis ile delil getirmeyi kabul eden? es-Süheylî? İbn Mâlik ve İbn Harûf ile temsil edilen gruptur. Son grup ise bu konuda orta yolu tutan? Şatibî ve Suyutî ile temsil edilen gruptur. İkinci bölüm ise İbn Mâlik'in Şerhu't-Teshîl adlı eserinin Bâbu'l-istisnâ kısmının sonuna kadar geçen hadislerin araştırılması hakkındadır. The research aims to study the hadith of Ibn Malik in his book "sharh al tasheel" (explaining simplification)? and get to know the positions of the grammarians argumentation of the prophetic hadith both ancient and modern? and the standards they have set for truthfulness of citing al hadith in the base of grammatical construction. The study has an introduction? two chapters? and a conclusion. . The first chapter is about argumentation of the prophetic hadith in grammar and the positions of the grammarian's argumentation of the prophetic hadith who split into three groups: The first group who opposed argumentation of the prophetic hadith like Ibn Al-Daeaa and Abee Hayyan. The second group who permitted argumentation of the prophetic hadith like ibn Khrof? Al Souhili and Ibn Malik. The third group who stood in the middle of both groups like Al Shatabi and Al Sauti. The second chapter is about the study of hadith? which came in the book of "Sharh Al Tasheel" (explaining simplification) written by Ibn Malik? to the end of the exception section.
