FARKLI SICAKLIKLARDA ÜRETİLEN KOBALT KATKILI HİDROKSİAPATİTLERİN KRİSTAL YAPI VE MORFOLOJİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, farklı sıcaklıklarda üretilen Co katkılı hidroksiapatitler sol-jel yöntemi kullanılarak üretildi. Bu numunelerin karakterizasyonu, X-ışını kırınımı (XRD), Fourier dönüşümlü kızılötesi (FTIR) spektroskopisi ve taramalı elektron mikroskopisi (SEM) ile gerçekleştirildi. Üretim sıcaklığı arttıkça kristal büyüklüğünün arttığı, kristalleşmenin azaldığı gözlendi. Numunelerin morfolojilerinin birbirine benzer olduğu ve tüm numuneler için (Ca+Co)/P stokiyometrik oranının 1,67 değerine yakın olduğu tespit edildi. In this work, Co-doped hydroxyapatites were produced using a sol-gel method. The characterization of these samples were carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was observed that the crystallite size increases and crystallinity decreases with increasing the production temperature. It is determined that the morphologies of the samples are similar to each other and the stoichiometric ratio of (Ca+Co)/P is close to the value of 1.67 for all the samples.
