FUTBOLUN SOSYAL BÜTÜNLEŞMEDEKİ ROLÜ (DİYARBAKIR İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Diyarbakır ilinde futbolun sosyal bütünleşmeye olan etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada; sosyal bütünleşme kavramının tanımlanmasının yanı sıra sosyal bütünleşmenin gerçekleşme şekli ve bu bütünleşmeyi sağlayan unsurlar ile sosyal bütünleşmenin sağlanmasında futbolun fonksiyonları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırmanın kuramsal çerçevesini oluşturmada ?Dokümantasyon Metodu? kullanılmıştır. Bu aşamada, ulaşılabilen birincil ve ikincil kaynaklar ?Genişliğine Gözlem Tekniği? ile tarihsel nitelikli kaynaklar ise tarih araştırmalarında kullanılan ?Geçmişten Günümüze Sıralama Yöntemi? kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın kuramsal çerçevesini desteklemek için ?anket? yöntemi uygulanmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'deki sporla ilgili kişi ve kuruluşlar, örneklemini ise Diyarbakır'da futbol ile ilgili kişi ve kuruluşlar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak ?Sporda Sosyal Bütünleşme Ölçeği? (SSBÖ) kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 13,0 programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, anketlerden elde edilen bilgilerin genel dağılım özelliklerini belirlemek için tanımlayıcı istatistik türlerinden frekans ve yüzde dağılımları ile birlikte Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ve Tukey HSD t-Testi uygulanmıştır.Futbolun sosyal bütünleşmedeki rolünün belirlenmesinde araştırmaya katılanların yaş ve cinsiyet değişkenlerinin kişisel gelişim, sosyalleşme, fiziksel fayda, bütünleşme, psikolojik gelişim, ahlaki gelişim ve duygusal gelişim özelliklerine etkisi ?önemsiz? olarak görülürken, görev ve görev süresi değişkenlerinin etkisi ise ?önemli? bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyal Bütünleşme, Futbol, Spor.

This study aims to display the effects of football on social integration in the city of Diyarbakır and during the course of this study the sociological definition of social integration will be outlined. Additionally, the method of determining social integration, the elements that contributed to social integration and the role that football plays in achieving social integration are defined.The 'Documentation Method' was used while forming the oretical framework. At this stage, primary and secondary resources were evaluated using the `Comprehensive Observation Technique,? whereas historical resources were evaluated using the `Retrospective Method? that is commonly utilized for historical researches. Additionally, the 'Survey Method' was used to strengthen the oretical framework of this study.The population of the study is consisted of individuals and organizations involved in sports in Turkey and the sample of the study is consisted of individuals and organizations involved in sports in Diyarbakır. The Social Integration Scale in sports was used as a data collection tool.The data that was obtained from the study was evaluated using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 13.0 program. In order to determine the general distribution characteristics of the information, descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage were used along with One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and HSD Tukey tests.While determing the role of football on social integration, the effect of variances such as the age and gender of the participants were found unimportant on individual development, socialization, physical effectiveness, integration, psychological development , moral development and emotional development. However, variances such as duty and the length of duty were found to be important.Key words: Social Integration, Football, Sport.
