MF-MKT 1473 NUMARALI ARŞİV BELGESİNİN TRANSKRİPSİYONU VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

MF-MKT 1473 Numaralı Arşiv Belgesinin Transkripsiyonu ve Değerlendirilmesi adlı tez çalışmasında belli tarihlerde gezilen Ma'müratü'l-Aziz vilayetindeki kasaba ve köy okullarının durumu incelenip yorumlanmıştır. Ma'müratü'l-Aziz vilayetine bağlı 18 köy ve kasaba okulu gezilmiştir. Gezilen köy ve kasaba okullarında eğitim sürecinin aksadığı gözlenmiştir. Seferberliğin ilanı ile birçok öğrenci eğitim hayatını idame ettirememiş, eğitim yarıda kalmıştır. Gezilen köy ve kasabalarda okulların tadilat edilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmışsa da seferberlikten dolayı pek mümkün olmamıştır. Osmanlı Devleti'nin eğitime verdiği önem, eğitim kurumları ve sistemi MF-MKT 1473 Nolu Belgenin Transkripsiyonu ve Değerlendirilmesi adlı çalışmada incelenip çözümlenecektir. Osmanlı'nın eğitim sistemi hakkında bilgiler verilerek örneklerle bu konu aydınlatılmaya çalışılacaktır.

In this thesis study named; as the evaluation and transcription of 1473 Number MF-MKT file. the circumstances of the schools ın town end villages in Ma'müratül Aziz which were visited in certain times were analyzed and interpreted.Eighteen village and town schools in the city, Ma'müratül -Aziz were visited.Some impedements have been recognized ın these schools about the course of education.After the announcement(Seferberlik) campaign, many students couldn't continue their education life, and dropped out.Although the necessity to alteration in these schools was emphasized, nothing was done becase of the compaign The ımportance given by ottomsan Empire to educational institutions and system were analyzed ın this study called as the evaluation and transcription of 1473 Number MF-MKT file. By giving some facts about education system of ottoman Empire, we tried to explain the subjects with examples.
