ETKİLİ İLETİŞİM BECERİLERİNİN SOSYAL ORTAMA UYUM SAĞLAMADAKİ İŞLEVİ: FIRAT ÜNİVERSİTESİ UYGULAMASI

Abstract

İletişim, kişilerin birbirleriyle etkileşimini sağlayan ve yaşam boyunca sürekli devam eden bir süreci içermektedir. Bu süreçte anlaşma, anlaşılma, paylaşma gibi sosyal süreçlere dâhil olan her bireyin kendini sorunsuz ifade edebilmesi için iyi ve etkili bir iletişim becerisine sahip olması gerekmektedir. Etkili iletişim sürecine dâhil olan kişilerin toplumsal uyumu, diğerleriyle etkileşimi ve iletişimi daha sağlıklı olmakta ve kişilerin bu becerilerdeki gelişimini artırmaktadır.Bu çalışma üniversiteye devam eden bireylerin etkili iletişim beceri düzeyleri ve sosyal uyumları arasındaki ilişkiyi ölçmek ve etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sosyal ortamlarda bulunan bireylerin özellikle yeni bir ortama girdiklerinde iletişimi ne derece etkin kullandığına ve sosyal uyum sağlamada iletişim becerisinin önemine değinilmektedir. Ayrıca iletişim kurmada problem yaşayan ve bundan dolayı topluma ya da gruba uyum sağlayamayan kişilerin problemlerinin sebepleri ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: İletişim, Etkili İletişim Becerileri, Uyum, Sosyal Uyum, Sosyal Ortam

Communication includes people that interact with each other and an ongoing process throughout human life. In this process, such as agreement, understanding, sharing of each person involved in social processes, for trouble-free to express themselves well and should have effective communication skills. Social adjustment in the process of effective communicative of persons involved, interaction and communication with other people become more healty and development of these skills increases.This study is made in order to between an effective communication skills levels and social adjustment of the relation individuals who attend university students measure and determine the effect. Individuals in social environment, especially when they enter a new environment, how effective is using the communication and in ensuring social adjustment the importance of communication skills were mentioned.
