Abstract

This research aims to clarify the features of the Islamic state, which Islam seeks and approves as an entity for its followers. It was found that the most important features are: Providing human dignity without discrimination, Achieving the absolute justice, Calling people to guidance in every place and time. Being based on the rulings of Islamic law, with the need for a constitution and the absence of despotism in governance. Distinguishing itself by calling for virtue and morality through spreading virtue, fighting vice, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil. Strengthening the security system by taking care of the public interests and protecting society from corrupters and criminals, and taking action against them with deterrent punishments. Achieving sufficiency in the basic needs of its subjects so that they do not fall into hardship or difficulty. Providing work for those who are capable of it in a way that suits their abilities. All of this is within a system that aims for the pleasure of God Almighty, and that achieves happiness for people in this world and the hereafter.
