| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; ketamine, xylazine + ketamine, pentothal, xylazine + pentothal ve halothane anestezisinin yeterliliği ve güvenirliliği karşılaştırıldı. Çalışmada yirmibeş adet Yeni Zellanda Tavşanı kullanıldı. Her bir anestezik grubunun test edilmesi için, hayvanlar beş gruba ayrıldı. Pentothal, xylazine + pentothal ve ketamine'nin tavşanların anestezisi için uygun olmadığı görüldü. Halothane ile anestezi diğer anesteziklere göre çok iyi olmasına rağmen belirli ekipmana ihtiyaç duyulması gibi bir dezavantaja sahipti. Xylazine + ketamine kombinasyonunun diğer anasteziklere göre daha yararlı olacağı saptandı. | |
