EKONOMİK BAĞLAMDA SURİYELİLERİN UYUM SORUNSALI: ELAZIĞ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Türkiye'nin temel sorunlarından biri olan işsizlik ve ekonomik büyüme sorunu, Suriyeli göçmenlerin göçleriyle birlikte tekrar gündeme gelmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra Suriyelilerin girişimcilik faaliyetleriyle birlikte Suriyelilerin ekonomideki olumlu etkileri de öne çıkmaktadır. Türkiye'nin en güncel sorunlarından biri olan Suriyeli göçmen konusu hakkında Suriye'den Elazığ'a gelen Suriyeli esnaflar ile derinlemesine yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde elde edilen verileri ve bilgiler bu araştırmanın özünü oluşturmaktadır. 27 Suriyeli esnaf ile görüşmeler yapılmış olup bu görüşmeler neticesinde Suriyeli esnafların varsa sorunları irdelenmiş ve ekonomiye katkıları da gözlemlenmiştir. Suriyeli esnaflar ile yapılan derinlemesine görüşmelerde göç sonrası irdelenmiş olup ülkemizde kalmaktan memnun oldukları, kendi ülkelerine geri dönmek istedikleri, ancak şu anda Türkiye'de belli bir düzen kurduklarını ifade eden Suriyeli esnaflar memleketlerine genel itibariyle ziyaret etmek amacıyla gitmek istediklerini ve sonra Türkiye'ye döneceklerini ifade etmiş olup savaşın tamamen bitmesini beklediklerini ve böylece ülkelerine gitmeyi düşündüklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Ülkemizde her ne kadar sosyal ve kültürel farklılıklardan ve ekonomik nedenlerden dolayı sorunlar yaşasalar da ülkemizde kalmaya devam etmek istedikleri tespit edilmiştir. One of Turkey's fundamental problems, unemployment and economic growth, has come to the fore again with Syrian migration. In addition, the entrepreneurial activities of Syrians and the positive effects of Syrians on the economy also come to the fore. The data and information obtained as a result of in-depth interviews with Syrian tradesmen who came to Elazığ from Syria regarding the issue of Syrian migration, one of Turkey's most current problems, constitute the essence of this research. Interviews were conducted with 27 Syrian tradesmen and as a result of these interviews, the problems of Syrian tradesmen, if any, were examined and their contributions to the economy were also observed. In-depth interviews with Syrian tradespeople examined the post-migration situation. They expressed their satisfaction with staying in our country and their desire to return to their homeland, but that they have now established a certain order in Turkey. They stated that they generally intend to return to their homeland for visits and will return to Turkey later. They also stated that they are waiting for the war to end completely, so they are considering returning to their country. Despite facing challenges in our country due to social and cultural differences and economic reasons, they have been determined to remain in our country.
