Abstract

Bu çalışma? İslam hukuku açısından? haram nesnelerle tedavinin hükümleri ve bu konu çerçevesindeki ilkeleri konu edinmekte olup? bir giriş ve altı bölümden oluşmaktadır: Giriş bölümünde; çalışmanın konusu? önemi hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra başta tedavi kavramı olmak üzere konunun kavramsal çerçevesi tanıtılmıştır. Birinci bölümde sarhoşluk verici ve uyuşturucu nesnelerle tedavinin hükümleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde etinin yenilmesi haram olan hayvanların etleri? hayvan bevilleri ve zehirler ile tedavinin hükümleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde kıymetli madenler ve kumaşlarla tedavi üzerinde durulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde sihir ve muska gibi yöntemlerle yapılan tedavilerin hükmü tespit edilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde doktor hatalarının tazmini ele alınmıştır. Son olarak altıncı bölümde tedavi çerçevesindeki değişik konular hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. This study dealt with the provisions of medication in Islamic Faqqah? the thesis consists of an introductory chapter and six main chapters. the introductory section focuses on the concept of medication and the definition of some terms related to the research. In the first chapter? we talked about the ruling on medication with intoxicants and drug ( weeds). In the second chapter? we talked about the ruling on taking the meat? urine and venoms of animals. In the third chapter? the rule of treatment with precious minerals and clothing. As for the fourth chapter? it is related to the statement of the ruling on witchcraft? talisman ? incantations? amulets and tawala. In the fifth chapter? we talked about the guarantee and its rulings on medication. Finally? in Chapter Six? we talked about some scattered and different jurisprudence rulings on medication. Finally? the conclusion of the thesis? concentrated on the most important results that been concluded in this research? as well some suggestions have been added to the topic.
