BETON BİLEŞENLERİNİN HESAP TABLOLARIYLA TAYİNİ

Abstract

Beton çok yaygın olarak kullanılan bir yapı malzemesidir. Beton için uygun karışım oranlarının seçilmesi; ekonomi, işlenebilme, mukavemet, dayanıklılık ve görünüş gibi özelliklerin dengeli elde edilmesini sağlar. Bu etkenler kullanıldığı yere göre değişiklik gösterir. Agreganın durumun ve çimento cinsine göre pek çok karışım oranı hesaplanabilir. Karışım suyunun çimento miktarına oranı, betonun mukavemetine tesir eden en önemli bir etkendir. Diğer önemli bir etken de beton içindeki hava miktarıdır. Bunlar Türk ve Amerikan Standartlarında değişik oranlarda kullanılması ile beton karışım hesaplamaları yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, daha kolay karışım hesabı yapmak ve daha kolay deney hesabı yapmak için, TS-802 ve ACI 211-1 esas alınarak beton karışım tasarımı yapan bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiştir.

Concrete is widely used for making architectural structures. Selecting of the suitable mix proportions for concrete; helps ensure stable features such as economy, workability, strength, durability and appearance. These factor changes as regards plase of use. Mixing ratio can be calculated according to aggregate state and the type of cement. The proportions cement of mixture water that is an important factor influences the strength of the concrete. Another important factor is the amount of air in the concrete. They are used in different proportions Turkish and American standards and calculations of concrete mixture are created. In this study, the program was developed to make mixture design easily and without experiment . This program find out first trail mixture proporties according to TS-802 and ACI 211-1.
