PERTEK (TUNCELİ) YÖRESİNDEKİ BAZI TIBBİ VE AROMATİK BİTKİLERİN MORFOLOJİK VE KİMYASAL (UÇUCU YAĞLARI) YÖNÜNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Pertek (Tunceli) ilçesinde doğal olarak yetişen Apiaceace familyasına (Malabaila dasyantha ve Lisaea strigosa) ve Lamiaceae familyasına ait 4 tür (Salvia candidissima subsp. candidissima ve Salvia aethiopis) morfolojik ve kimyasal yönden incelenmiştir. Bu türlerin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri belirlenmiş ve uçucu yağları analiz edilmiştir. Bu bitki türlerinin uçucu yağları, toprak üstü kısımlarının damıtma yöntemiyle uçucu yağ bileşenleri özel olarak saptanmıştır. Bu bitki örneklerinin toprak üstü kısımlarının ve Malabaila dasyantha bitkisinin toprak üstü kısımları ve meyvesinin uçucu yağları clevenger apareyi kullanarak su distilasyonuna tabi tutulmuş ve uçucu yağları elde edilmiştir. İncelenen türlerin uçucu yağlarının kalitatif ve kantitatif kompozisyonu GC ve GC-MS (Gaz kromatografisi- Kütle spekrometrisi) sistemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Bu türlerin morfolojik özellikleri belirlenerek literatür bilgileri ve diğer çalışma sonuçları ile kıyaslanmıştır. Uçucu yağ kimyasal sonuçları da literatür ile karşılaştırılıp, sonuçlar doğal ürünler ve kemotaksonomik yönden tartışılmıştır.

In this study, four species belonging to Apiaceae (Malabia dasyantha and Lisaea strigosa) and Lamiaceae family (Salvia candidissima subsp. candidissima and Salvia aethiopis) naturally grown in Pertek (the village of Tunceli) were examined by chemical and morphological means. Morphological and morphometric characters of these species were determined and essential oil composition of this species were analysed. The essential oils of this plant species aerial parts were hydrodistilled and essential oil yields were determined individually. The aerial parts of these plants and seeds of Malabaila dasyantha were exposed to water distilation by using clavenger apparatus and their essential oils are obtained. The qualitive and quantitive composition of these essential oils were determined by using GC and GC-MS (gas chromatography – mass spectrophometry) systems. The morphological characters determined of these species are compared with each other and the other studies results. The chemical results of volatile oils and literature were compared and discussed by means of natural products and chemotaxonomy.
