KADIN VOLEYBOLCULARDA MAÇ ÖNCESİ VE MAÇ SONRASI KEMİK KALİTESİNİ ETKİLEYEN BAZI PARAMETRELERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, kadın voleybolcularda maç öncesi ve maç sonrası kemik kalitesini etkileyen parametreler serum paratiroid, osteokalsin, insülin benzeri büyüme faktörü-1, kalsiyum, fosfor ve vitamin D düzeylerini incelemektir. Araştırma materyali, 18-24 yaşları arasında 16 kadın voleybolcu ile oluşturuldu. Voleybolculara üç set üzerinden maç yaptırıldı. Veriler, maç öncesi ve maç sonrası farklılıkları ortaya koymak için SPSS paket programı yardımı ile bağımlı gruplar arası ortalamaların karşılaştırılması için kullanılan testler ile analiz edildi. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro-Wilk testi ile incelendi. Verilerden normal dağılım gösterenler Bağımlı t-testi ile normal dağılım göstermeyenler ise Wilcoxon testi ile analiz edildi. İstatistiksel anlamlılık P<0.05 olarak kabul edildi. Kadın voleybolcularda maç öncesi ve maç sonrası serum paratiroid, osteokalsin, insülin benzeri büyüme faktörü-1, kalsiyum ve fosfor düzeylerinde düşüş olduğu bu düşüşün istatiksel olarak önemli olmadığı (P>0.05), ancak vitamin D düzeyinde düşüşe neden olduğu (P<0.0001) tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak; kadın voleybolcularda maç öncesi ve maç sonrası kullanılan parametrelerden, vitamin D düzeyini etkilediği Serum Paratiroid, Osteokalsin, İnsülin Benzeri Büyüme Faktörü-1, Kalsiyum ve Fosfor parametre düzeylerine etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. The goal of this study is to analyze the level of parameters affecting bone quality before and after the game in female volleyball players; serum parathyroid, osteocalcin, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D. The research material consists of 16 female volleyball players between the ages of 18 and 24. The players were made to play over three sets. The data were analyzed to exhibit the pre-match and post-match differences through the tests used for comparison of means among addicted groups with the aid of the SPSS program. The conformity to normal distribution of the data was analyzed through the Shapiro-Wilk test. The data showing normal distribution were analyzed through the Independent Sample T-test and the non-normal data through the Wilcoxon test. The statistical significance was accepted as P<0.05. It was detected that in female volleyball players pre-match and post-match, there was a decrease in the levels of serum parathyroid, osteocalcin, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcium, and phosphorus, this decrease was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but caused a decrease in the level of vitamin D (P<0.0001). In conclusion, it was determined that there was no effect before and after the match in female volleyball players on the levels of serum parathyroid, osteocalcin, insulin-like growth factor-1, calcium, and phosphorus but it affected the level of the parameter vitamin D.
