Notalgia Parestetika: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Notalgia parestetika skapular bölgede deride yanıcı tarzda ağrı, parestezi, hiperestezi ve hassasiyete eşlik eden kaşıntılı hiperpigmente deri lezyonu ile karakterize unilateral sensorial bir nöropatidir. 50 yaşında kadın olgu, skapular bölgede kaşıntılı hiperpigmente deri lezyonu nedeniyle dermatoloji polikliniğine başvurdu. Eşlik eden sırt ağrısı ve yanıcı tarzda ağrı nedeniyle notalgia parestetika ön tanısı ile fiziksel tıp ve rehabilitasyon polikliniğine konsülte edildi. Bu olgumuzu kısa bir literatür tartışması eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.

Notalgia paresthetica is a unilateral sensorial neuropathy which is characterized by burning pain, paresthesia, hyperestesia and sensitivity with hyperpigmented pruritic skin lesion in the scapular region. A 50-year-old women presented to the dermatology clinic with a pruritic hyperpigmented skin lesion in the scapular region and because of her back pain and burning pain in her skin she was consultated to physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic. We aimed to present and discuss this case with a short review of the literature.
