SAMİM KOCAGÖZ'ÜN HİKAYELERİNDEKİ HALK BİLİMİ UNSURLARI

Abstract

Geçmişi eskilere dayanan kültürümüz yıllarca sözlü gelenekte yaşayıp yazıyla beraber gelecek nesillere aktarılmıştır. Millî kültürümüz içerisinde birçok yazılı ve sözlü eserler meydana getirilmiş ve zengin bir kültür hazinesi oluşturulmuştur. Kültürel değerlerin bireyden bağımsız düşünülmesi imkânsızdır. Toplumun ferdi olan birey yaşayıp büyüdüğü çevrenin değer yargılarıyla yoğrulması kaçınılmaz bir durumdur. Cumhuriyet dönemi yazarları içerisinde başarılı bir tablo çizen Samim Kocagöz ortaya çıkardığı eserleriyle halkın değerlerinden uzak biri olmamıştır. Samim Kocagöz kendi döneminin toplumunu ve toplumun kültürel özelliklerini eserlerinde gerçekçi bir şekilde yansıtmıştır. Samim Kocagöz mensubu olduğu topluma faydalı olmak adına halkına sırt çevirmeyip onlara her zaman yol gösterici olmuş, toplumun kültürel öğelerini, sevinç ve üzüntülerini, gelenek ve göreneklerini kısacası tüm halk bilimi unsurlarını kendine has tarzıyla eserlerinde vermeye çalışmıştır. Amacımız Samim Kocagöz'ün hikâyelerinde bulunan halk bilimi unsurlarını ortaya çıkarıp hikâyeler aracılığıyla halk kültürünün önemini bir kez daha vurgulamaya çalışmaktır. Our culture, which dates back to ancient times, has lived with oral tradition for years and has been transferred to future generations in writing. Many written and oral works have been created in our national culture and a rich cultural treasure has been created. It is impossible to consider cultural values independently of the individual. It is inevitable that the individual, who is a member of the society, is kneaded with the value judgments of the environment in which he lives and grows. Samim Kocagöz, who has drawn a successful picture among the writers of the people with his works. Samim Kocagöz realistically reflected the society of his time and the cultural characteristics of the society in his works. Samim Kocagöz did not turn his back on his people and always guided them in order to be beneficial to the society he was a member of and tried to present the cultural elements, joys and sorrows, traditions and customs of the society, in short, all the folklore elements in his works with his unique style. Our aim is to reveal the folklore elements in Samim Kocagöz's stories and try to emphasize the importance of folk culture through stories. Key Words: Culture, Folklore, Samim Kocagöz, Story.
