dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) algorithm which has a constant V/f feature has been presented to obtain three-phase voltages with variable amplitude and frequency over 5-level cascade inverter. This algorithm works as open-loop and is fairly suitable for all of the values of the linear modulation index region. Proposed SVPVM algorithm has been implemented in MATLAB/Simulink and the obtained simulation and experimental results are given in the paper.
