ATIKSU ARITMA TESİSİ İÇİN PROJE AŞAMASINDA ÖNGÖRÜLEN VE MEVCUT DURUMDA SAĞLANAN VERİMİN SÜREKLİLİĞİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI: AZERBAYCAN NAHÇIVAN ATIKSU ARITMA TESİSİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Dünyamızdaki hızlı nüfus artışı ve buna paralel hızlı teknolojik gelişmeler ekolojik sistemi olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Ekolojik sistemin en önemli parçası olan su kaynakları hızla kirlenmekte, oluşan atıksu miktarları nüfus artışı ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak artmaktadır. Atıksuların deşarj edildiği ortama olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmeyi amaçlayan Azerbaycan Nahçıvan Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi 2012 yılında projelendirilmiş bir A2O prosesidir ve 2018 yılında yapımı tamamlanarak işletmeye alınmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında, Azerbaycan Nahçıvan Atıksu Arıtma Tesisi'nin proje aşamasında hedeflenen kirlilik giderim verimi ve işletme aşamasındaki kirlilik giderim verimi kıyaslanarak projelendirmenin ne derece isabetli ve rasyonel olduğunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bunun için; tesiste bizzat incelemelerde bulunulmuş, tesisin giriş ve çıkış suyundan alınan numunelerin laboratuar analizleri değerlendirilmiş, ünitelerde yaşanan aksaklıklar araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar arıtma tesisi proje aşamasının en az yapım aşaması kadar önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Proje hazırlanırken, oldukça düşük maliyetlerle gerçekleştirilebilecek deney ve gözlemler neticesinde daha sonra geri dönüşü imkânsız hatalardan kaçınılabilir. Projeyi hazırlayan ve denetleyen mercilerin projelere daha fazla hassasiyet göstermeleri ve zaman harcamaları gerekmektedir.

The rapid population growth and technological developments in our world adversely affect the ecological system over time. Water resources being the most important part of the ecological system have been rapidly polluted and the amount of wastewater generated increases in parallel with population growth and technological developments. Azerbaijan Nakhchivan Wastewater Treatment Plant, which aims to minimize the negative effects of wastewater to the discharged environment, is an A2O process projected in 2012 and completed in 2018. In this thesis study, it is aimed to determine the rationality and accuracy of the project by comparing the efficiency between the current situation and the project phase targets. Fort his purpose examinations was made in treatment plant, the laboratory analyses of influent and effluent were evaluated, problems in treatment units were investigated. Researches show that; The treatment plant project phase is as important as the construction phase. During the preparation of the project, as a result of experiments and observations that can be performed at very low costs, irreversible mistakes can be avoided. The people preparing the project should be more careful and the supervisors of the projects should show more sensitivity to this process and spend time.
