HEKZAKİS (4-AÇİLFENOKSİ) SİKLOTRİFOSFAZENLERİN OKSİM TÜREVLERİ VE REAKSİYONLARI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada hekzaklorosiklotrifosfazen(l), 4-hidroksi benzaldehit ve 4-hidroksi asetofenon ile reaksiyona sokularak sırasıyla hekzakis(4-formilfenoksi)siklotrifosfazen (2) ve hekzakis(4-asetilfenoksi)siklotrifosfazen (13) elde edildi. Hekzaklorosiklotrifosfazen bileşiği hava ve neme karşı hassas olduğu için bu reaksiyonlar havasız ortamda ve argon atmosferinde gerçekleştirildi. Elde edilen 2 ve 13 bileşikleri hidroksilaminhidroklorür ile piridinde etkileştirilerek yeni birer oksim olan Hekzakis(4-[(hidroksiimino)metil]fenoksi) siklotrifosfazen (3) ve hekzakis(4-[(l)-İV-hidroksietanimidoil] fenoksi)siklotrifosfazen (14) sentezlendi. 3 Bileşiği asetil klorür, klorasetil klorür, etil bromür, allil bromür, benzil klorür, propil klorür, propanoil klorür, benzensülfonoil klorür, naftelensülfonoil klorür, benzoil klorür, metil iyodür, 4-metoksibenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzil klorür, 4-klorobenzil klorür, monokloraseton, 1,4-diklorobütan, dietilbrommalonat ve metakriloil klorür ile reaksiyona sokuldu. 3 Bileşiğinin asetil klorür, klorasetil klorür, etil bromür, allil bromür, benzil klorür ve proponoil klorür ile olan reaksiyonları sonucunda bileşikteki 6 adet oksim protonunun yerine alkil veya acil gruplarının bağlandığı hekzasübstitüe bileşikler elde edildi. Metil iyodür ile olan reaksiyonu sonucu 4 adet metil grubu, benzoil klorür ile olan reaksiyonu sonucunda ise 5 adet benzoil grubu yapıya katılarak sırasıyla tetra ve pentasübstitüe ürünler elde edildi Benzensülfonoil klorür, naftelen sülfonoil klorür ve metakriloil klorür ile olan reaksiyonları sonucunda ise oksim gruplarının nitril grupları haline dönüştüğü tespit edildi.3 Bileşiğinin propil klorür, 4-metoksibenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzil klorür, 4-klorobenzil klorür, monokloraseton, 1,4-diklorobütan ve dietilbrommalonoat ile olan reaksiyonlan sonucu saf ve yapısı aydmlatılabilen ürünler elde edilememiştir. 14Bileşiği asetil klorür, klorasetil klorür, etil bromür, allil bromür, benzil klorür, propil klorür, propanoil klorür, benzensülfonoil klorür, naftelensülfonoil klorür, benzoil klorür, metil iyodür, 4-metoksibenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzil klorür, 4- klorobenzil klorür, monokloraseton, 1,4-diklorobütan, dietilbrommalonoat ve akriloil klorür ile reaksiyona sokuldu. 14 Bileşiğinin 4-metoksibenzoil klorür, 2-klorobenzoil klorür, propanoil klorür, allil bromür ve benzoil klorür ile olan reaksiyonlan sonucunda bileşikteki 6 adet oksim protonunun yerine alkil veya acil gruplarının bağlandığı hekzasübstitüe bileşikler elde edildi. Benzil klorür ve klorasetil klorür ile reaksiyonları sonucu 3 adet benzil ve klorasetil, etil bromür ve asetil klorür ile reaksiyonu sonucu 4 adet etil ve asetil, akriloil klorür ile reaksiyonu sonucu, 5 adet akriloil grubunun yapıya bağlandığı tespit edildi. 14 Bileşiğinin propil klorür, benzensülfonoil klorür, naftalensülfonoil klorür, metil iyodür, 2-klorobenzil klorür, 4-klorobenzil klorür, monokloraseton, 1,4-diklorobütan ve dietilbrommalonoat ile olan reaksiyonlan sonucu saf ve yapısı aydınlatılabilen ürünler elde edilememiştir. Elde edilen ürünlerin yapılan, elementel analiz, IR, ıH, 13C ve 31P-NMR spektroskopisi kullanılarak aydınlatıldı. From these reactions, hexakis(4-formylphenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene (2) and hexzakis(4-acetylphenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene (13) were obtained. Compounds 3 and 14 were synthesized from the reactions of 2 and 13 with hydroxlaminehydrochloride in pyridine, respectively. Compound 3 was reacted with acetyl chloride, chloroacetyl chloride, ethyl bromide, allyl bromide, benzyl chloride, propyl chloride, propanoyl chloride, benzenesulfonyl chloride, napthalenesulfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, methyl iodide, 4-methoxybenzoyl chloride, 2- chlorobenzoyl chloride, 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, 4-chlorobenzyI chloride, monochloroacetone, 1,4-dichlorobutane, diethylbromomalonnoate and methacriloyl chloride. Hexasubstituted compounds were obtained from the reactions of 3 with acetyl chloride, chloroacetyl chloride, ethyl bromide, allyl bromide, benzyl chloride and chloride via all of the oxime protons replacement with alkyl or aryl groups. Howewer, tetrasubstituted and pentasubstituted products formed from the reactions of 3 with methyl iodide and benzoyl chloride, respectively. It was observed that the oxime groups on 3 rearranged to nitrile in the reactions of 3 with benzenesulfonyl chloride, napthalenesulfonyl chloride and methacriloyl chloride. Pure and defined products were not obtained from the reaction of 3 with propyl chloride, 4-methoxybenzoyl chloride, 2-chlorobenzoyl chloride, 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, 4- chlorobenzyl, chloride, monochloroacetone, 1,4-dichlorobutane and diethylbromomalonnoate. _f{ >?f~'\ XII %*.%.Compound 14 was reacted with acetyl chloride, chloroacetyl chloride, ethyl bromide, allyl bromide, benzyl chloride, propyl chloride, propanoyl chloride, benzenesulfonyl chloride, napthalenesulfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, methyl iodide, 4-methoxybenzoyl chloride, 2- chlorobenzoyl chloride, 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, 4-chlorobenzyl chloride, monochloroacetone, 1,4-dichlorobutane, diethylbromomalonnoate and acriloyl chloride. Hexasubstituted compounds were obtained from the reactions of 14 with 4- methoxybenzoyl chloride, 2-chlorobenzoyl chloride, propanoyl chloride, allyl bromide and benzoyl chloride via all of the oxime protons replacement with alkyl or aryl groups. Howewer, trisubstituted products formed from the reactions of 14 with benzyl chloride and chloroacetyl chloride, tetrasubstituted compounds from ethyl bromide and acetyl chloride, and pentasubstituted compound from acriloyl chloride. Pure and defined products were not obtained from the reaction of 14 with propyl chloride, benzenesulfonyl chloride, napthalenesulfonyl chloride, methyl iodide, 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, 4- chlorobenzyl chloride, monochloroacetone, 1,4-dichlorobutane and diethylbromomalonnoate. The structure of the compounds were defined by elementel analysis, IR, 'H, 13C, and 31P- NMR spectroscopy.
