VARYANS ANALİZİNİN SAĞLIK BİLİMLERİNDE UYGULANIŞI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, varyans analizi ve varyans analizinin yapısını tamamlayan Tukey testi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, Fırat Üniversitesi Elazığ Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu'nun farklı bölümlerine 2002-2003 öğretim yılında kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerin güz yarıyılındaki basan notlan SPSS kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada, Anestezi, Radyoloji ve Tıbbi Laboratuvar bölümlerinin ortak ders olarak gördükleri Fizyoloji ve Biyokimya dersleri basan notlan ile her iki dersin aritmetik ortalamaları esas alınmıştır. Bu notlar, SPSS üzerinde grup sırasına göre tek tek yazılmış ve yine SPSS yardımı ile incelenip analiz edilmiştir. Bu yöntemle, bölümler içi ve bölümler arası basan oranlan, dersler ve cinsiyet faktörüne göre incelenmiş ve aralarında istatistiksel anlamda önemli farklılıklar olup olmadığı irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca, tüm bölümler bir toplam olarak ele alınmış ve bu doğrultuda cinsiyet faktörüne göre tekrar incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar ve grafikler yardımı ile daha açık şekilde gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu istatistiksel incelemelere dayanarak elde edilen en temel sonuçlara bakacak olursak; kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre genelde daha başarılı oldukları ve "Fizyoloji" dersinin en başarılı olunan ders, "Anestezi" bölümünün ise en başarılı bölüm olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. In this study, analysis of variance and Tukey test that which complete the structure of variance analyse, are examined. For this aim, the autumn semester grades of students, who were enrolled to different departments of Firat University Health Utilities High School in 2002-2003 academic year, were analyzed by using SPSS. In study, the part of Anesthesia, Radiology and Medical Laboratory's common lessons that Physiology and Biochemistry's grades and mean of these two lessons are accept for base. These grades are written individually on SPSS for according to their group rank and so again observing and analyse with SPSS help. With this deal, inside of parts and between of parts grade proportions observe to lessons and sexuality factors and scrutinize that if considerable contrasts for statistical construction existent or not between their. Also, all parts discuss that a count and in this way observing again according to sexuality factor. Situated results, strive to demonstrate with help of scenes and graphs. Based on these statistical considerations, if we look that to the most important conclusions which achieve, we can say that; generally the gjrl students are more successful than boy students and Physiology is the lesson which being the most successfully so the department of Anesthesia is the most successfully department.
