dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Testicular epidermoid cysts (EC) are benign tumors and rare, accounting for 1% all of the testicular tumors. They are seen frequently in right testis and on the 2nd and 4th decades. We presented a case that is 20 years-old male, complained with pain and tumor in the right testis. The mass was detected 14×8×7 mm size in posteriolateral the right testis by USG. The tumor was diagnosed as EC by the frozen examination and was excised and applied protective testicular surgery. We were aimed that owing to this case, clinical, pathological and radiological features of EC was discussed to together with the literature.
