BEGAVÎ'NİN MEÂLİMÜ'T-TENZÎL İSİMLİ TEFSİRİNDEKİ HADİSLERİN TAHRÎÇ VE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (NİSÂ VE MÂİDE SÛRELERİ)

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda Begavî'nin Meâlimü't-Tenzîl adlı eserinin Nisa ve Mâide sûrelerindeki hadislerin tahrîç ve değerlendirmesini yaparak tefsirin hadis ilmi yönünden güvenilirliğini ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Muhaddis, müfessir ve aynı zamanda iyi bir Şafii fakihî olan Begavî (516/1122), Nisa ve Mâide sûrelerinin tefsirinde toplam 333 hadis nakletmiştir. Bu hadislerin sıhhatiyle ilgili olarak münekkit muhaddislerin kanaatlerinden hareketle şunları söyleyebiliriz: 252'si sahîh, 18'i hasen, 46'sı zayıf, 2'si ise mevzû'dur. Hadislerden 15'inin sıhhati hakkında ise ihtilaf edilmiştir. Görüldüğü gibi o, kullandığı hadislerin büyük bölümünü (% 78) sahîh rivâyetlerden seçmiştir. Zayıf hadislerin oranı ise ancak % 14'tür. Kullanılan rivayetlerin 264'ü Kütüb-i Tis'a diye bilinen temel hadis kaynaklarında, 29 tanesi diğer hadis kaynaklarında geçmektedir. 40 tanesi ise hadis eserleri dışındaki kaynaklarda bulunmaktadır. Buna göre, Kütüb-i Tis'a'da geçen hadislerin tüm hadislere oranı % 80; diğer hadis kaynaklarımızdaki hadislerin oranı % 9'dur. Hadis kaynakları dışında tespit edilen hadisler ise % 12'lik bir orana sahiptir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Beğavî, Meâlimü't-Tenzîl, Hadis, Tahrîç, İsnad.

In this study we tried to make citation and evaluate of hadiths in the Beğavi's Mealimü't-Tenzil commentary and tried to expose reliability of the commentary from the point of hadith. Beğavi (516/1122) is a muhaddis (traditionist), exegete and also a good jurists (faqih) of Shafii related 333 hadiths in his Nisâ and Mâide surahs commentary of Qoran. As regards these hadiths authenticities, we can say from the opinions of the critics traditionists that 252 of them are authentic (saheeh), 18 of them are good (hasen), 46 of them are weak, and 2 of them is fabricated (mevzu) hadith. On the authenticities od 15 hadiths are conflict. As seen he has used authentic hadiths (%78) from the large part of the authentic rumors. Percentage of weak hadiths is %14. 264 rumors which is used in the commentary are in the basic hadith sources which is named Kütüb-i Tis'a and 29 of them is in the other hadith sources. Also 40 of them are in the other sources which are not hadiths resources. Source of 6 rumors could not be detected. Accordingly all hadith of the Kütüb-i Tis'a hadith book ratio is %80, and the others is %9. The detected hadiths outside of hadith sources is %12.
