POLEN ENJEKTE EDİLEN PULLU SAZAN (CYPRİNUS CARPİO)' DA BAZI HEMATOLOJİK VE İMMÜNOLOJİK PARAMETRELERİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, sazan (Cyprinus carpio)' da bazı hematolojik ve immunolojik parametreler üzerine polenin etkisi araştırıldı. Polenin 1 mg/kg balık ve 10 mg/kg balık dozları intraperitoneal olarak balıklara enjekte edildi. Enjeksiyondan sonraki 3., 7. ve 10. günde balıklardan kan örnekleri alındı. Kan örneklerinde hematolojik [eritrosit sayısı, hematokrit ve hemoglobin düzeyleri] ve immunolojik [lökosit sayısı, oksidatif radikal üretimi (nitrobluetetrazolium-NBT aktivitesi), total protein ve total immunoglobulin düzeyleri] parametreler analiz edildi. Kontrol grubuyla kıyaslandığında, denemenin 3., 7. ve 10. günlerinde polen uygulanan grupların hematolojik ve immünolojik parametrelerinde istatistiksel olarak önemli bir artış tespit edildi (p < 0,05). Yalnız polen uygulanan gruplar birbiriyle kıyaslandığında hematolojik ve immünolojik parametrelerinin denemenin 3., 7. ve 10. günlerinde birbirinden farklılık gösterdiği tespit edildi (p < 0,05).

In this study, effects of pollen on haematological and immunological parameters in carp (Cyprinus carpio) were investigated. 1 mg / kg fish and 10 mg / kg fish of pollen were injected intraperitoneally into the fish. Blood samples were taken from the fish on 3rd, 7th and 10th days after injection. Hematological [erythrocyte count, haemoglobin and haematocrit levels] and immunological [leucocyte count, oxidative radical production (nitroblue tetrazolium-NBT activity), total plasma protein and total immunoglobulin levels] parameters were analysed in blood samples. When compared to the control group, statistically significant increase in the haematological and immunological parameters of the pollen treated groups were detected on the 3rd, 7th and 10th days of the experiment (p < 0,05). When pollen groups are compared with each other, the haematological and immunological parameters were found to be different on the 3rd, 7th and 10th days of the experiment.
