SİYASAL GÜVEN OLGUSUNUN Y VE Z KUŞAĞI PERSPEKTİFİNDE İNCELENMESİ; ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Güven duygusu hayatımızda daima var olan ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz temel duygulardan birisidir. Güven duyduğumuz veyahut güvensizlik duyduğumuz şey bazen bir insan olabilirken bazen de bir kurum olabilir. Siyaset toplumumuzda var olan başlıca kurumlardan biridir. Dolayısıyla siyasete olan güven de güven literatüründe önemli bir konudur. Siyaset kurumuna olan güven 'siyasal güven' olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Siyasal güven ise, insanların siyasal sisteme, siyasi yapıları oluşturan kurumlara ve yöneticiye karşı olan güveni olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Çalışmada kuşaklar konusuna da atıflar yapılmaktadır. Kuşak kavramı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Kuşaklar dönem dönem incelenmiştir. Farklı dönemlerde yaşamış olan kuşakların karakteristik özelliklerine de yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışmada siyasal güven, Y ve Z kuşağı özne kabul edilerek detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Türkiye' de dönem bazlı siyasal güven süreçleri de incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sayısal verilerle temellendirilmesi için anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket uygulamasından elde edilen veriler SPSS 25 (Statical Package For Social Sciences) ile analiz edilmiştir. The feeling of trust is one of the fundamental emotions that is always present in our lives and something we constantly need. What we trust or distrust can sometimes be a person, and other times an institution. Politics is one of the main institutions present in our society. Therefore, trust in politics is also an important topic in the literature on trust. Trust in the political institution is referred to as 'political trust'. Political trust is defined as the trust that people have in the political system, the institutions that make up the political structures, and the leaders. The study also makes references to the issue of generations. Information has been provided about the concept of generation. Generations have been studied across different periods. The characteristic features of generations that lived in different periods have also been discussed. In this study, political trust has been examined in detail with the Y and Z generations as the subjects. The period-based political trust processes in Turkey have also been examined. A survey was conducted to base this study on quantitative data. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).
