Tanısı güçtür.Direkt grafide barsak gazlarının bir bölgeye toplanması ve hava-sıvı seviyelerinin olması internal herniasyonu akla getirmelidir. Cerrahi insizyonun yetersizliği perop tanımlamada zorluk oluşturabilir. Olgu nadir görülmesi ve cerrahisindeki modifikasyon nedeniyle sunuldu. | |
