1960-1980 YILLARI ARASINDA TÜRKİYE'DE SAĞ VE SOL ÖRGÜTLENMELER VE İÇ GÜVENLİĞİ TEHDİT EDEN FAALİYETLERİ

Abstract

Türkiye'de sağ ve sol ideolojinin en etkin olduğu dönem 1960 ve 1980 yılları arasıdır. Türkiye'de sağ ve sol ideolojiye sahip kişiler 1960 ve 1980 yılları arasında iç güvenliği tehdit eden faaliyetlerde bulunmuşlardır. Bu dönem 27 Mayıs 1960 Darbesi ile başlamakta, 12 Mart 1971 Muhtırası ile devam etmekte ve 12 Eylül 1980 Darbesi ile bitmektedir. Türkiye'de 1960 yılı öncesinde sağ ve sol terimi çok fazla kullanılan terimler olmamıştır. 27 Mayıs Darbesi sonrasında Türkiye'de CHP ve DP taraftarları arasında kutuplaşma artmıştır. 27 Mayıs Darbesi sonrasında muhafazakar sağ kesim AP, MSP ve MNP; milliyetçi kesim ise MHP etrafında toplanmıştır. Bu dönemde sol kesim ise TİP ve CHP gibi partiler etrafında toplanmıştır. Sağ ve sol örgütlenmeler sadece siyasi partiler çerçevesinde örgütlenmemişlerdir. Her iki ideolojide de dernek, öğrenci birliği, sendika ve yasadışı örgütlenmeler oluşmuştur. Bu sağ ve sol örgütlenmeler 1960 ve 1980 yılları arasında Türkiye'nin iç güvenliğini olumsuz etkilemiştir. Sağ ve sol eylemlerde özellikle öğrenci ve gençler etkin rol oynamıştır. Ayrıca işçi ve köylü sınıfı da bu iki ideolojinin eylemlerinde yer almıştır. 1970'li yıllar banka soygunlarına ve fidye için adam kaçırma olaylarına sahne olmuştur. 12 Mart Muhtırası ile olaylar dursa da 1974 Affı ile olaylar tekrar ateşlenmiştir. 1978 yılı ile beraber sağ ve sol çatışmalar yerini Alevi-Sünni, Kürt-Türk çatışmalarına bırakmıştır. Olayların kanlı terör olaylarına dönüşmesi üzerine 12 Eylül 1980 tarihinde tekrar asker yönetime el koymuştur. 1960-1980 dönemi sağ ve sol kesimde kutuplaşmanın yıldan yıla arttığı bir dönem olmuştur.

The period in which righet and left ideology was must effective in Turkey. People with right and left ideologies in Turkey carried in activities that threatened internal security between 1960 and 1980. This priod begins with the coup of 27 May 1960, continues with the memorandum of 12 March 1971, and ends with the coup of 12 September 1980. The terms right and left were not widely used terms in Turkey before 1960. After the May 27 Coup, polarization between CHP and DP supporters in Turkey increased further. After the May 27 Coup, the conservative right-wing group gathered around AP, MSP and the nationalist group gathered around MHP. During this period, the left group gathered around parties such as TİP and CHP. Right and left organizations are not organized only within the framework of political parties. In both ideologies, associations, student clups, unions and illegal organizations were formed. These right and left organizations negatively affected Turkey's internal security between 1960 and 1980. Especially students and young people played an active role in the right and left protests. In addition, the working and peasant classes also took part in the actions of these two ideologies. The 1970s witnessed bank robberies and kidnappings for ransom. Although the events stopped with the March 12 Memorandum, the events flared up again with the 1974 Amnesty. By 1978, right and left conflicts gave way to Alevi-Sunni and Kurdish-Turkish conflicts. After the events turned into bloody terrorist incidents, the military took over the goverment again on September12, 1980. The period between 1960 and 1980 was a period in which polarization between rght and left increased year by year.
