GELENEKSEL KONUTLARIN MEKÂNSAL YAPISININ İRDELENMESİ: MALATYA / DARENDE – AŞAĞIULUPINAR ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Tarihi değeri olan ve belge niteliği taşıyan, aynı zamanda yaşayanlar için aidiyet duygusu oluşturan geleneksel yapılar, kentsel dokunun omurgasını oluşturmaktadır. Geleneksel yapıların bir kısmı, günümüze kadar gelerek kent dokusunu devam ettirmektedir. Geleneksel Aşağıulupınar konutları, fiziksel ve demografik açıdan değişim yaşamasına rağmen varlığını kısmen sürdürmektedir. Bu değişim sürecinde geleneksel konutlarla birlikte günümüz teknolojisi ve malzemesi ile yapılan konutlar da zamanla bu kentsel dokuya dâhil olmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, geleneksel doku bağlamı çerçevesinde yer alan yerel konutların, bu değişimlerle beraber günümüzdeki mevcut durumu ve mekânsal yapısı irdelenmiş olup günümüz şartlarına uyumu sağlanarak yok olmalarının önüne geçilmesi esas alınmıştır. Geleneksel kent dokuları ve yerel kimliği oluşturan konutlar üzerinde yapılan tespitlerde, konutların bütüncül olarak korunması–yaşatılmasına yönelik gerek akademik-bilimsel gerekse uygulama düzeyindeki çabalara katkıda bulunacağı düşünülmektedir. Geleneksel Aşağıulupınar konutları bağlamında; somut veriler elde etmek amacıyla alan çalışması yapılmış ve değerlendirmesi sunulmuştur. Alan çalışması kapsamında; bu konutların arazi yerleşimi, mekân organizasyonu, yapı tekniği… gibi pek çok bakımdan uygunluğunun tespiti amacıyla konutların çizimleri yapılmış ve konut doku analiz taslakları şeklinde sunulmuştur. Bu veriler ışığında, yerel konutlar üzerinde yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilerek konutların devamlılığı, korunarak yaşatılması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasının gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Hem bu sayede geçmişle olan köprünün yok olmasının önüne geçilerek belli bir sosyallik ve aidiyet duygusunun günümüz ve geleceğe yansıtılması da düşünülmüştür. Geleneksel konutların korunarak yaşatılması ve geleceğe aktarılması; ancak içlerindeki yaşantının devamlılığı ile mümkün olabileceğinden dolayı kullanıcının güncel gereksinim ve isteklerinin karşılanması gerekmektedir. Ancak bunu yaparken koruma / kullanma dengesi doğru kurulmalıdır. Türk evi plan tipolojisine ve mekân kurgusuna uygun olarak biçimlenen ve geleneksel yaşam biçimini yansıtan Aşağıulupınar konutlarının yaşatılması ve korunması kültür sürekliliğinin sağlanması açısından önemlidir. In this study, the current situation and spatial structure of the local dwellings in the context of the traditional texture are examined and their adaptation to the current conditions is prevented. In the determinations made on traditional urban textures and residences constituting local identity, it is thought that it will contribute to both academic-scientific and practical efforts towards the preservation of the houses as a whole. In the context of traditional Aşağıulupınar residences; In order to obtain concrete data, a field study was conducted and its evaluation was presented. Within the scope of the field work; In order to determine the suitability of these dwellings in many respects such as land settlement, space organization, building technique konut, dwellings were drafted and presented as drafts analysis drafts. In the light of these data, the studies carried out on local houses were evaluated and the necessity of continuity, preservation of the houses and transferring them to future generations were emphasized. In this way, the bridge to the past with the disappearance of a certain sense of sociality and belonging to the present and the future is thought to be reflected. The maintenance and preservation of Aşağıulupınar residences, which are shaped in accordance with the plan typology and spatial structure of the Turkish house and reflect the traditional life style, are important in terms of ensuring cultural continuity.
