| dc.description.abstract | Behçet Hastalığı kronik inflamatuar bir hastalık olup, gastrointestinal tutulumu İntestinal Behçet hastalığı veya Entero-Behçet olarak da bilinir. En sık tutulum yeri ileoçekal bölge ve kolondur. Behçet Hastalığına bağlı intestinal ülserler perforasyona neden olabilmekte ve operasyon sonrası yüksek mortalite ve morbidite ile seyretmektedir ancak daha önce literatürde perforasyon olmaksızın Behçet hastalığına sekonder pneumoperitoneum gelişmiş olgu bildirilmemiştir. | |
