PROJE ZAMAN ÇİZELGELERİNİN OPTİMİZASYONU: İNŞAAT YÖNETİMİNDE PERT METODOLOJİSİ İLE İNŞAAT PLANLAMASININ BASİTLEŞTİRİLMESİ

Abstract

İnşaat yönetiminde zamanında ve uygun maliyetli tamamlanmayı sağlamak için etkili proje planlaması kritik öneme sahiptir. Program Değerlendirme ve Gözden Geçirme Tekniği (PERT), inşaat projelerinde bulunan karmaşıklıkları ve belirsizlikleri ele almak üzere tasarlanmış etkili bir proje yönetim aracıdır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, inşaat yönetiminde PERT metodolojisini kullanarak proje planlamalarını iyileştirmek ve inşaat planlamasını basitleştirmektir. Bir vaka çalışması, Duhok Valiliği, Akre İlçesi'ndeki bir su projesine PERT yönteminin uygulanmasıdır. PERT yöntemi, projenin tamamlanma olasılığını belirlemek için her proje olayı için iyimser, kötümser ve en olası olmak üzere üç zaman periyodu kullanır. Araştırma sonuçlarına dayanarak, PERT yönteminin projeyi ( 77 ) ve (88.69 % ) olasılıkla tamamlayabileceği bulunmuştur.

Effective project scheduling is critical in construction management to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. The Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is an effective project management tool designed to address the complexities and uncertainties inherent in construction projects. The purpose of this research is to improve project schedules and simplify construction scheduling using the PERT methodology in construction management. A case study is the application of the PERT method to a water project in Akre District, Duhok Governorate. The PERT method uses three time periods: optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely for each project event to determine the probability of project completion. Based on the research results, it was found that the PERT method can complete the project with (77 ) days and with probability 88.69 %
