H.1222-1124/M.1710-1712 TARİHLİ VE 388 NUMARALI HARPUT ŞER'İYYE SİCİLİ (S.1-90) (TRANSKRİPSİYON VE DEĞERLENDİRME)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Harput Kazası'na ait H.1122-1124/M.1710-1712 (s.1-90) tarihli Şer'iyye Sicilinin traskripsiyon ve değerlendirmesini içermektedir. Çalışmada sırasıyla, Osmanlı Devleti'nde kadılık kurumu, şer'iyye mahkemeleri ve şer'iyye sicilleri hakkında bilgi verildikden sonra, söz konusu sicil içindeki belgeler özetlenip, konularına göre tasnifi ve genel değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Sonrasında ise transkripsiyon metnine yer verilmiştir. İncelediğimiz Harput Şer'iyye sicilinde, idari atamalar, menzillerle ilgili belgeler, vergi, alım-satım, alacak-verecek, borç, miras konuları, mal davaları, vasi, vekil tayini, evlenme, hırsızlık, darp, ölüm olayları, din değişikliği, eşkiyalık vb. konulara ilişkin belgeler yer almakta olup bahsi geçen bu başlıklar altında Harput sancağının incelemeye konu olan tarihlerdeki siyasi, iktisadi ve sosyal durumu hakkında bazı tespitlerde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Sicilin hazırlandığı dönem, Osmanlı ve Rusya arasında yaşanan Prut Savaşı'na denk gelmekte olup bu savaş sonrasında 1711 yılında Prut Antlaşması yapılmıştır. Bu dönemde Osmanlı Devleti padişahı III. This study includes the transcription and evaluation of the Sharia Registry of Harput District dated A.H.1122-1124/A.D. 1710-1712 (p.1-90). In the study after giving information about the institution of kadi, sharia courts and sharia registers in the Ottoman Empire, respectively the documents in the aforementioned register were summarized, and their classification and general evaluation were made according to their subjects. Afterwards, the transcription text is included. Administrative appointments, documents related to destinations, taxes, purchases and sales, debt inheritance issues, property cases, guardianship, proxy appointment, marriage, theft, assault, death events, religion change, banditry in the Harput Shariah registry we examined etc. There are documents related to subjects and under these titles, some determinations have been made about the political, economic and social situation of the Harput sanjak in the dates that are the subject of the examination. The period when the record was prepared coincides with the Prut War between the Ottomans and Russia and after this war the Prut Treaty was signed in 1711. In this period the sultan of the Ottoman Empire was Ahmed III. Key Words: Ottoman Empire, Kadi, Court, Shar'iyyah Record, Harput.
