ORTAOKULLARDA GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERİN POZİTİF PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE ALGILARI İLE ÖRGÜTSEL MUHALEFET ALGILARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algıları ile örgütsel muhalefet algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modeli ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Muş il merkezinde görev yapmakta olan 1284 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış olup örneklem 301 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algılarını ve örgütsel muhalefet algılarını ölçmek için Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Muhalefet ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler gönüllü öğretmenlere yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. Ölçeklerden elde edilen verilere frekans, yüzde, basıklık ve çarpıklık gibi betimsel istatistiklerin yanında, güvenirlik analizi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi, t-testi, Pearson Korelasyon testi ve Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin cinsiyet değişkenine göre sadece umut alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık ortaya çıkarken diğer demografik değişkenlerde.ise anlamlı farklılıklar ortaya çıkmamıştır. Psikolojik sermayeyi oluşturan alt boyutlardan sadece öz yeterlilik yordayıcı değişkeninin örgütsel muhalefet üzerinde anlamlı bir yordayıcı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algıları ile örgütsel muhalefet algıları arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between teachers' positive psychological capital perceptions and their organizational dissent perceptions. The research was conducted with a correlational survey model. The universe of the research consists of 1284 teachers working in Muş province in the 2022-2023 academic year. Simple random sampling method was used in sample selection. The sample of the study consists of 301 teachers. In order to measure teachers' positive psychological capital perceptions and organizational dissent perceptions, The Psychological Capital Scale and The Organizational Dissent Scale were used. The scales were applied face to face to the volunteer teachers. In addition to descriptive statistics such as frequency, reliability, percentage, skewness and kurtosis, reliability analysis, One-Way Analysis of Variance, t-test, Pearson Correlation test and Multiple Regression Analysis were applied to the obtained data from the scales. As a result of the research, while a significant difference was found only in the hope sub-dimension of positive psychological capital according to the variable of gender, no significant differences were found in other demographic variables. It was found that only self-efficacy predictor variable, one of sub-dimensions of psychological capital, is a significant predictor of organizational dissent. A moderate relationship was found between the general positive psychological capital and organizational dissent perceptions of teachers in a positive direction.
